Smart to vid at low tide. High tide is marked on the cement posts so waves will hit the foundation wall. Storm surge will shake the entire house adding to the fun of living a few feet above sea level.
I watch a lot of different hosts to see different homes, but you are by far, my favorite. You do such a great job, and your voice is wonderful…..some hosts mumble and are not as smooth as you are. Just thought I would mention this to you.😊

The LED lights as usual never dissappoint, i like the bathrooms especially the primary one, plus the rooftop with its couch, fire pit and private hot tub are great addition to the place
wow, when Enes toured this mansion a few months ago, there were rocks right under the house everywhere, now they are gone, didn't realize the ocean waves could move big rocks away like that.
I agree with you.The sound of the sea at night will be a nightmare.The houses are so close to each other😕
The ocean doesn't move the rocks...they are covered in sand but are still there. If you remember in the Enes video he mentions that in low tide there is about 8ft more sand on the beach...JP's video takes place at low tide and Enes video takes place at high tide.

Hey Jp. Happy Sunday. This is different. Don’t think I’ve ever see you your right on the water/beach. Jp. This street looks industrial. Like the elevation and that view on entry is breathtaking. 1/2 bath. Beautiful open concept dining/kitchen/family room. Like the sliding doors. Love the kitchen. Spacious guest bedrooms and en suites. Love the window bench seatings. Amazing primary. The color scheme so soft, tranquil and inviting. I still appreciate the mirrored medicine cabinets 😂. Guess all these window walls have automatic shades or you can’t see in. Beautiful well lit closet. Like the rooftop. Jp the street, beach, and the needed concrete foundation is not attractive; however the home is beautiful. $34 mil? 🫤🤔 Appreciate the pool and lovely ocean view. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.

This a great home for business meetings, renting out, or throwing parties. I don’t see it as a home to live in and have that comfortable home feel to it. But it’s still a very nice built home.

wOw, thanks for your tour JP. Enes & co tour didn't show the roof top spa and the water was up at the mansion when they did. Apparently 15 doors down is where Kanye West's mansion is too. This place is very nice.

It’s quite beautiful, but I think it needs more caissons so the rooftop deck can extend all the way to the edge.

Love this home, but I would like to have solar panels put on the roof instead of the fire pit .
How high is the water during high tide, does it reach the top of the pylons? Just need a tsunami or some high waves like we've had that washed out some roads near PCH or even PCH itself and that parking lot in westward beach for you to have water in this home. Should be built up higher as should the other houses on the beach if you want to make it safe. Assuming the pylons are deep enough it won't just wash away. Though this structure made of concrete looks more solid than the others. Not sure I would go with wood for the garage and that from piece though as salt in the air could cause it to rot in a couple of years unless it's faux wood or something that was treated to withstand that.
If you buy a house like this are you allowed to have someone come out and remove all the large rocks from the ocean immediately in in front of you place?

You're in Malibu but not for the house I wanted you to tour. Please let me know if you will ever tour 32300 East Pacific Coast Highway. It's my favourite Malibu home because it's a traditional home and not a modern one as I am not a big fan of very modern homes and it even has a secluded cove at the bottom of the cliff with a beach that is accessible to probably 3-4 other neighbours in the area so it's quite private as well

just the facade facing the ocean is not very pretty,they could of made it nicer to hide the concrete look

Even though his cinematic intros are an automatic copy of Enes channel he did a great job, still needs to learn some more vocab from Enes and to give a brief history on that intro of the property and area bt good job

wow. Quite a few uneducated and just outright nasty comments by folks who can't afford it anyway......Enes did this as well and both of you did a great job. Different. I don't think the roof top was done yet. I'm not a huge fan of the rooftop actually. It's kind of blocked. House is great but I don't think I could live there full time (like I could afford it lol) as it is really industrial looking. Eventually something will be put next door and it's zoned for commercial right? That could be a problem. Block some of the view. Rich person should buy it and rent it out. PS Kanye is NOT a selling point......I love the ocean but that close would scare me a bit. But wow it's gorgeous!!! I'd love your job!!!
There is no such thing as a private beach, maybe it has no access, but there is no such thing as a private beach.
..Good Angle....After a nightmarish 2022, shell-shocked investors have losses to recoup and plenty to ponder, as an inflation report and a raft of other data did little to change expectations that the Federal Reserve would likely continue hiking intrest rates even if the economy slows down, Which means more red ink for portfolios for the first quarter of year 2023. How can I profit from the current volatile market, I'm still at a crossroads deciding if to liquidate my $250k bond/stocck portfolio.
@James Walters .The one effective technique I'm confident nobody admits to using, is staying in touch with an Investment-Adviser. Based on firsthand encounter, I can say for certain their skillsets are topnotch, I've raised over $700k since 2017. Just bought my 3rd property for rental. Credit to SHARON MARDORSKY DAVISON....my Investment-Adviser.

You cannot say this property is attractive from the outside, its not. Inside, the bath is sat in full view of the neighbours, and the electric wires outside the front, is not a nice view at all, and I always wonder at a blind being closed on a window, as its probably to hide something. The colour of the wood, here in the UK, is quite old fashioned, and although there are some nice features, and Jacob done a good job presenting the tour, apart from the location, its definitely, not for me.
There are no private beaches in Cali. Next time, maybe do not mislead your audience...
Malibu MODERN houses are so ugly. But at least this one has a beautiful interior.
