I'm back in the Bay for a couple days and here’s just a glimpse of what I documented over a single day. I took BART to SF and rode around The Tenderloin and SOMA ThenI took the BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) to the Lake Merritt Station and rode about 5 mins to International Blvd, formerly known as East 14th st or (E14) where the 304’s are out & about in broad daylight.

Ever since the internet began expanding, especially when it got onto mobile phone, that was the beginning of the end.

What you see in this video is the Tenderloin, the armpit of SF. Look like it has gotten worse, but not indicative of the entire city. I lived and worked in the city from 1992-2012.

Wow. Some of those areas looked like some parts of Manila when I was a kid. Didn't think I'd see it here in the States, much less CA.
I love these travel videos. We’re talking the family to California for the holidays. Going to take the kids to Disney for a day and then go to SF and Oakland. The kids can’t wait to take a greasy shit on the sidewalk. Making memories isn’t that is what it’s about.

Oakland is Beautiful, but it looks worse than a third world country now... something needs to happen immediately. Get rid of homeless encampments, stop enabling homlessness with housing and food. Mental illness is a thing? Sure, but we cannot continue to enable/regulate it. Drug users and dealers need to be hold accountable. This is insane! it was never like this 10-15 years ago. Really sad to see Oakland suffering.

This is such a brutal city. Thanks for having the bravery to show us. I went in 2005 finding it wasn't too bad, but noticed disempowered people sneering at everyone they see as executives and rich tourists. Then in 2014, it was horrible like this, but not as bad as today. I vowed to never return until this once beautiful Bohemian European like city is fixed and restored. Most of tech and executive people as well as tourists steer clear of it so it's a real bummer for The City is ruined and unsafe and very sad. I've never seen so many prostitutes out in public like that in America. It's really degenerate zombieland and far more dangerous than Amsterdam or any European city and red light districts I've seen and know of. Few American cities are pleasant, safe, and civilized today though many are liking some like Miami now. I'm not traveling anymore for it's too expensive and tricky in the 2020's.
Sadly it looks as bad maybe sometimes worse in Seattle wa. I say sometimes because they do those sweeps but it never lasts long. Also the color of that ladies urine 😮
