Before Gavin Newsom and LA city Mayor Erik Garcetti were in office we AT LEAST had mental institutions/asylums open. They closed all of them and released those people on to the streets. Believe it or not Skid Row now isnt as bad as it used to be before, alot of the homelessness has spread out now and its really ravaging the SFV 818.

You can sympathize, but don't empathize. Many of them are drug addicts and unemployed. The government needs to increase law enforcement and provide them with jobs through drug rehabilitation. If the government does this, it only means that this is the life they chose.
