Hey, your explanations are really good but when you stick the little things at approximatively 22:00 please tell it before clipsing the back shell because sometimes it can be really hard to take off the back shell. Otherwise it's the second time i buy something from your brand and i'm really happy. Thanks !
I just installed this on a BDM-050 controller. After programming I noticed that when pressing K1&K2 simultaneously that it would cause the K3 and/or K4 buttons to activate. I solved this by putting a small drop of hot glue on each side of the outside of the button board. This kept the button board from flexing up and pressing the K3 & K4 buttons.
I already have the Rise 4 Remap Kit, without the short travel R2/L2 buttons. Is it possible to upgrade just the short travel R2/L2 buttons, or do I have to install a whole new Kit?
It says the following on your website under point 10: "Compatible with eXtremeRate Face Clicky, LED Kits..." and in the video, you show how to install the eXtremeRate Face Clicky. I’m wondering if it’s also possible to install the LED kit at the same time, meaning having both Face Clicky and LED. Does it work, or do you have to choose only one of them?
Do you plan on releasing a standalone trigger lock system without the paddles? I would like to have the toggle for clicky triggers but don't like having paddles on my controller
Everything is going well. Only the K1 didn’t work properly at first because the part where it’s installed had a small plastic nub that I had to cut off. It was in the way. After that, everything was fine. One more thing: my controller’s speaker isn’t working anymore. Am I the only one experiencing this? The speaker has been in the same position the entire time without being moved.
I would say it would be cool if yall made a kit like this but instead of the low profile mouse click switches for the triggers, it would be sick to have full sized mouse click switches so that there can be a larger variety of switches that people can choose from. Even if yall provide like one or two options only, someone like me would have no problem soldering out the old switch with one of my choosing. Just a suggestion of course!
5:11 How do I connect the clicky kit? Overlapping three layers? I'm going to start ordering but I don't understand it yet. I'm still studying how to do it.😅
Succesfully did change the bdm-020. But if you bought the ps5 pro most likely you have a bdm-50 controller! one downside you can't use sony charging dock anymore. will there be a solution in the future?
Glad to hear that you've successfully installed the kit! Regarding your question, we have a mod kit extension that allows the Remap Kit to be compatible with the PS5 Controller Charging Dock.
I tried the kit but unfortunately is not great. The paddles are outdated and not confortalble. The swiches for the trigers are flimsy and poor quality. The ruberized gripps are amaizing but this is the only thing. The mouse triggers are poor quality, not like scuf or aim which are a way more solid feeling. Take time to sort all out and the kit is expensive almost as a controller.
Thanks for your suggestion, we will keep improving it. If possible, could you please share more information to us via email at ray(at)extremerate.com? Thank you

My light does not come on and paddles do not click, just lay on controller. Please help.

Thanks for your suggestion! There is not enough space for a larger size switch, and the switch we are using is the heaviest we can get from Omron :(

Correct, lay on the clicky flex first and then the remap kit flex
Hey, would this kit work with the BDM-040 whole clicky kit light without the need of cutting the adaptative triggers cables? Thanks

What are the disadvantages of not using solder?
If you don't solder, L3 R3 can't be mappable, and the motors of the L2 R2 will not be shut off when triggers at short trips
