I am so thankful that this channel exists. Been seeing your videos from last 2 years for my RMT license preparation. It is great learning opportunity to see actual patients with the symptoms in all of your videos. THANK YOU 😊

My foot got worse as I gained weight. This condition seems to be worse on people that are overweight/obese (be honest) and the way you walk. I've always had calluses on my big toes but my right foot was bigger as I walked with it facing outward more. This guy nailed it.

I don’t know whether l have CTS or CRPS. Both conditions have similarities. I think this video has nailed given the location of the nerve on the inner ankle area. It’s been 4 yrs of intense chronic pain and yet still seeing various specialists. Tomorrow is an appointment with a Nueroligist🤞🏽

Hello! Based on my symptoms, I believe I have Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome. I’m on day 6, and can’t put weight on my foot, because the pain is so severe. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, with ankle deformity, as well. I’m happy to have found this video and channel; atleast, I have an idea of what’s going on. Thank you!

I think I have tarsal tunnel syndrome, but because I have diabetes, doctors refuse to even look at my feet. They say it's neuropathy from uncontrolled diabetes even though my diabetes has been in good control for several years.

Yes I hear that often. No harm in treating the TTS though.

Two nights ago, I was sitting on my foot. I got up to walk around and there was a shooting tingly sensation for every step I took on that foot and it was located near that nerve point you show in this video, on the inside of my foot/ankle. That more intense shooting sensation only lasted for 15-20 steps or so. But, since then, I've had a tingling sensation off and on (but very consistent) on the bottom of my foot. It pulsates (1 second of tingling / 1 second of no tingling, etc.) It's worse when I stand on it. No pain. Does this sound like TTS? I know I need to be checked out by a doctor. I'm hoping to try a home remedy first and see if that helps, since we're heading into a weekend right now anyway.

Usually TTS affects the big toe and/or 4th and 5th toes. Do get it checked.

Brother- question for you- last Thursday (09/23/2021) morning I was doing bent over rows with perfect form and completely warmed up- weight was moderate- on my 3rd set and 5th rep on the concentric portion of the rep I felt a slight pop in my right shoulder- a brief pain that felt like a mild bee sting in what I believe to be the proximal bicep tendon occurred simultaneously with the pop- i couldn’t hear a pop, I only felt it- I finished the set, then did another set- then for some reason I just felt something was off- I went to go look in the mirror and flexed both biceps- the one that made the pop looked a little different like it lost a little size and might have moved down a little bit- my MRI results come in tomorrow- I feel like I could be imagining all this/paranoid about it or I could have an injury- however, what I can tell you is that my bicep is for sure a little smaller after this- I just finished a bicep/tricep workout and did not feel any pain, there’s no bruising either- it just appears my bicep got a bit smaller and MIGHT have moved down half an inch or so-
Also I should note, yesterday I did a heavy chest workout with no issues-
    I’m only 32 and I’m an athlete-
Brother- I want to know what you think about this- please get back to me-

What if you have an EMG that shows TTS but the Tinels test doesn't produce any pain or shock response?
I have toe and some foot numbness but no pain. Would I be a surgery candidate with no pain? Thanks!

it is so scary to think about the surgery. I have started having very annoying foot pain and very small tingling at nights . orthopedics told straight to have emg scan

I have tingling in my foot over a week. It feels like I have fluid running around my foot top and side. I have a swollen patch above my ankle it’s always there. Feels like my ankle has an Elastic band round it.
