I have a bad right knee from Iraq, I favor that knee, and so I use my left leg more than I should. I also have flat feet. I think I have tarsal tunnel syndrome, I have pain but the most aggravating problem is the itching. It’s in the arch and it’s not something on the skin, I can feel it it’s deeper. Is there a home remedy for getting the itch to stop?

Ordered the boot, orthotics (which I refuse to pay $400-500) meloxicam . I being following your advice and now I only have pain on the inner ankle when I walk. Is heat and steroid shots a good idea?

Supportive shoes are great but overall you end up needing them forever. I have switched to barefoot shoes and I feel much better using them although you cannot start wearing them and running on them like it's nothing, it takes a very long time. Also, REALLY BAD THING, do not buy orthotic insoles, you will fuck up your feet because they will adapt to these and the muscles will get weaker and you will end up always needing the insoles. I'd say, avoid insoles unless you need to OFFLOAD the tendons and muscles for a bit, but don't start using insoles forever unless you have a clear need for it (which your therapist should be able to assess and explain clearly, not just because).

But it's not the center of the heel. A bit close to the bottom of the heel. But after it is finished. Can you tell the reason. Thank you very much for your kind consideration.

I can't stress enough how grateful I am to have found this video. I have been suffering from paresthesia in the right leg ONLY when I get in the car and drive. This has been ongoing for nearly 2 years. Initially I thought I had sciatica and done an MRI for my back. The result came back fine and nothing to report from my spine. This video makes much more sense. When i drive, i dig my heel into the floor of the car in order to operate the pedals. When this is done, it adds pressure to the tarsal tunnel. Hence why I get pins and needles in my foot, which shoot.up my leg to the back of my thigh, where i feel a burning sensation and pins and needles. I've noticed that taking my shoe off while driving helps relieve the symptoms.

@@allanpmeikle hello allan. Thank you for asking. The thing is I’m a soccer player and my feet started to hurt out of thin air. Since 2021🥲. And nobody understands what’s going on. I’ve done MRI and sonar. The theory is the reason of the pain is one of the following:
      _High arches
      _FHL tendonitis
      _nerve entrapment
      Or even tarsal tunnel syndrome.

    • @michaelscofield5483

@@allanpmeikle my pain is like a severe pain in the arch of both feet. And on the ball of my foot.

@michaelscofield5483 I'm so sorry to hear all of this. It sounds like you're banging your head up against a wall trying to get answers...... when you play soccer does your pain lesson? I mean during physical activity? I think for me during this this whole 10 months of struggling on my foot what has got me through is my determination never to give up. Michael what I'll say to you is please keep going and don't stop trying to get through this even how depressing it all is.....I'm getting there finally and you will too

I don’t want to have a relapse. I would like to talk to you and see if you can recommend a local doctor here in Billings, Montana.
