Catch and Cook - Crispy Skin Coral Trout 🤤

First day out diving for over a month.
Trying out Jaz's new speargun - Oceanammo "Bandit" 100. Awesome looking gun with heaps of power and deadly accurate.
Also trying my hand at snaring crayfish with a new pole snare. To say I need some more practice in an understatement 😂
It was a day well spent, fresh fish for lunch on our own private beach. Doesn't get much better.
