Yes so Verbotics can do the (human assisted) path planning on 3D model in the computer, and then based on that create the codes and run the robot. Confirmed?
Hi, the path planning is fully automatic - no need for human assistance. In our software you define how you want the welds to be done, and we plan all the paths and create the robot code.
Yes, a FujiCam profile sensor is used - the red box looking at the weld seam at 0:38. An important consideration to enable finding and then tracking these long curved welds.
We are looking at moving on from our family cabinet company, we had about 60 employees at one point and been in business for 34 years…. We have multiple expensive machines, most start around 350k Canadian. I am a boiler maker welder by trade tho, I’ve built boats and really wanna build boats for a living. You know do what you want and it’s never work kinda dream…….. my question is how much for an arm and jig like this ? 100k, 1million ?

Right lol soon nobody will hve high paying jobs. I’m still interested tho the work force is lame. I’ve had a guy run multiple 1000$ sheets on the CNC table out of the wrong material and every thing is labeled and organized by a CNC storage system, still screws up
Do you do any pre-heating or annealing?

@@verbotics GREAT !
So does the robot use a vision system to locate and follow the seams?
