i went right out and told my wife that our fiberglass boat was junk after watching this video ... we cut it up and burned it .... thank you for letting me know i was driving junk i always hated that scarab anyway , burned alot of fuel with two big blocks thank you for saving me money
😂
I clicked on this video to get told i got a 1.5m fiberglass junk.
Smirked when he said aircraft quality aluminium I mean sure 5xxx series alloys may be used in planes in some amounts but in a advertising sense would be best to say marine grade aluminium more true to the product
So then it is Aircraft grade Aluminum is it not????
@@GTJC well i highly doubt he would source die crack checked sheets of aluminium maybe paying 3x the amount I mean maybe he is maybe he’s not was not my point my point is if your tryna sell a boat then advertise the materials as marine grade and highlight that corrosion resistance is the least important thing in a plane because there dipped with anti corrosion coatings so Yh not hating on him I just know it sounds so cool and a buzz word to say aircraft grade blah blah but marine grade sounds boaring but truth is better than buzz words
not really, most ac aluminum is 7k series or 2024 t3. All "aircraft grade" really means is that you have mil-certs
The brass knuckles huh, such an edged out thing, the parents must have not let you get that one out of your system.
Definitely the right kind of boat to choose aluminum. Definitely a boat that can be passed down generations
Perhaps. On the other hand, there are a lot of good hulls in the junk yards and they are there due to everything else that has failed (engine, upholstery, etc.)
For 500k would expect nothing less. They are amazing boats. Lambo wakeboat of the water.
I'll take the body paint delete option.
One Day in the future we will be purchasing a Pavati wake boat.
Congratulations, your boats are beautiful.
"the amount of time we out into these huls, it's really shows.... Ya, so does the 600k price tag! No wonder other manufacturers are not doing it ..
Those river running rock jumping boats have an HDPE sacrificial skid plate.
Repeatable fact. Not many use it like we're different.
I respect what they're doing here with these boats and yes I think they're really cool. For sure, as with many high quality boats budget is always gonna be a main concern. That's not an argument to shit on these guys and their boats, though.
Fiberglass still has its place and the reason they've been around so long and continue to be is because it is relatively less expensive but that doesn't mean they're cheap.
I always wonder about that really hard, pointy and sharp bow design. I mean if this boat runs into another one, it's pretty much game over for the other boat...
300k what a steal!!!!!!!!
Is that really what they cost? Out of my range but we tend to forget that 300k to someone with a net worth 9 figures + is equivalent to an average joe like myself taking my wife out for diner and a movie. So the very wealthy can spend this kind of money and use it for a summer and sell it making the net cost to his finances equivalent to Outback Steakhouse for a couple.
That is the cheap end... They go for 500k plus now
Now That is a boat work off art 🎉
So I'm a welder and I im pretty good with aluminum.
I'm pretty convinced that I can build this in my shop next winter for about $40k motors, upholstery and all.
Half a million dollar boat for 40k?
I know what im doing this winter....
If it goes well I'll let yall know and I'll build you one too
@@TSwaggoner following lol.
Any chance you guys can make a personal watercraft that’s affordable?
We would like to in the future !
@@PavatiWakeboarding can I be a test dummy ? lol I live in southern Oregon ;)
Agree aluminum is the superior material and there are reasons fiberglass is used so much by other manufacturers, and that those reasons are related to cutting costs, not that it creates a better product. I look forward to seeing boats like this made using laser welding. As good as these welds look, laser welding is amazingly consistent even in novice hands. Maybe that would help reduce your costs to the point where the pricing is not so astronomical.
Cool boat!
@HWG-wm8ld - hey hypocrite, you talked shit for someone making multiple comments. Then you did it 🙌🙌🙌🙌👍👍🤟
So you have vids on interior, speakers and all that. But I can't find anything on your motor drive combo. What's powering these vessels?

hi @kari53, we just posted our video on Indmar Raptor Engines.

This system is amazing using aluminum, I truly find this creation , this whole idea of 100% metal..this is ideal ,any accident u just cut weld and sand and paint , perfect..
Fiberglass can just as easily be repaired
@@Tunerfreak99 Fiberglass can be repaired but it's a more laborious process.
I have a gallon of gallium
Villain
How does the engine noise and vibrations compare to a fiberglass boat?
I do love this boat and design but 3 to 500k is only for a select market the boat is absolutely beautiful though
oh thats great , nice video ! i want a pavati now !
A lot of people want a Pavati.....right up till they see the price 🤣
very cool
this thing will sink like a rock of boat plug is not put in. does it not have reserve buoyancy?
Life jacket
You're not wrong 🤣 th-cam.com/video/vEL3cSwBDXo/w-d-xo.html
Yacht Certification allows them to bypass that.
You should put a fasssster bilge pump on these babies so they don't sink if you leave the drain plug out (like that one guy did)
🔥🔥🔥
Is there a fishing model of these?
Can you send me some of your scrap aluminum? I want to use it to fix my little John boat so I can take my daughter fishing.
Sign me up for a 24’
Let’s do it!
There are people that have the money and want to spend it. Look at the salty poor people on the comments, start working your asses off to be able to afford good quality
There are established wake boats that are a few hundred k that destroy this boats wake and wave. Sanger are better built boats and aren’t even the big 3.
How about electrolysis?
I got 50 grand. I will take one.
Add a zero
Honestly I dont give a f--k what people say but this is the one boat that I want in my sack of weapons. do you have a fishing design for us sea lovers who rely on the ocean for food brother? freakin amazing boat and hand skill brother regards to the team
If you relied on the ocean for food you would not be spending $300,000 for a tin can like this
@@michaelm1573 you are correct in a small way. We need boats to reach our fishing sports therefore why not do it style with this cool aluminum boat? 300k if I had I would grab it with no hesitation my brother. Glass boats plastic boat are nice too but this one is my dream boat. It looks cool and it will bring food for the family for sure
@@agelualofa no it won't it's not a fishing boat
Make me a fishing boat.😊
Aluminum doesn't have an endurance limit, it will begin to crack eventually.
Lifetime hull warranty
@@PavatiWakeboarding Does the lifetime warranty extend to all the aluminum?
Lake people things.
I think aluminum tech is from like the 1840s
Yeah, " nobody is doing it" but our chief welder has been for 40 years.....
This sounds like an advertisement to rich guys who don't know their stuff about boat building.
+1, I lost the respect of this company when this guy said "...fiberglass junk out there..."
he sounds like he has never not had money. very entitled very cocky. remember talking shit about someone else’s grass doesnt make yours greener.
@@andrepurve to be fair there are many aluminum and fiberglass boats that are junk. We are a superior built boat.
@@PavatiWakeboarding I would still take my Pursuit 2470 Center Console fiberglass "piece of junk" over this Twinkie hauler. By the way check out my page to see what a real boat looks like.
@@PavatiWakeboarding Whilst that may be so, it's not the best look to be openly negative about the competition. Most customers don't relate well to that. In all business environments, each company works to cater to some identified clientele, you have your spot in the market, your competition has theirs. When you are successful, its partly because you and your competition each hold their space well, their spot creates space for yours; your business exists, because theirs exists. Your boats are way nice though, great job!
Hmmm I wonder what a drop of gallium would do 🤔
"Zeeo Flex Hull" created a perfect rigid body eh? Prove it! Where is the FEA?
"printing those fiberglass boats" bro you lying to your customers...
Why put your competitors down to try and gain sales?
These boats are only for millionaires, regular dude could never afford these. That's a fucking mortgage. I mean 200k to 480k I highly doubt any boat y'all make is 200k I'd say all above 350k. Nice boats just gotta have enough cash.
"If you look at all the sharp lines clean edges"... That's because you guys can't make curves or flares on the hull even if you WANTED to 😂😂 which you can do with fiberglass..
You absolutely could 😂😂😂 you must be a bit slow eh
Dudes a geek, third comment he has posted here.

Vietnamese dk curves in catamaran.
And pay a fortune for a boat. I will never understand it.
you could put less time and the vehicle could be more cost-effective. In other words your profits could be higher if you were giga cast giant pieces of the boat instead of welding every piece
Cast aluminium wouldn't work at all
Ok....Tesla boy.
why are there so many pointy bits to get hurt on ,,, love the big pointy support just where your head will be ,,, what height does all this aircraft grade alloy fly at ,,, should try using marine grade alloy , and those welds look as cheesy as get out , Id be adjusting the double pulse settings a bit , looks like a boy racers wet dream ,,,, how on earth did you get a trademark on engine turning ,,, your only about 200 years late to that party too.... all in all not really the best advert for anything.
There's always that one guy.....smh

Need a new designer. Why copy a 20 year old Mastercraft
Don't rag on fiberglass everything has its place...this boat would get WRECKED in the Ocean. Id put my Pursuit 2470 up against this crap any day. Aluminum rides like shit.
WTF are you talking about? Welded aluminum boats do absolutely fine in rough ocean conditions and will outlast any fiberglass hull by decades. How come the overwhelming majority serious offshore fishing boats are welded aluminum if they get wrecked out in the ocean?
Quite a different comparison in our industry… Our fully welded hull is far superior. Ride quality is much better vs any other wake boat.
@@PavatiWakeboarding just hire someone else for your advertisement... Elitism died when Biden ruined the economy
@@markadler8968 what are you talking about squid? Depends on the size of the vessel first of all.. you need a lot of maintenance to keep an aluminum hull in the water for 30 plus years.. most big fishing vessels are made out of steel and require high levels of maintenance regularly to not rust away. My comparable size center console fishing boat would out perform this boat you couldn't even get this boat out of an inlet on a slightly rough day. This boat is meant for hauling Twinkies around the lake
@@michaelm1573 we are talking about aluminum not steel, stop trying to change the subject. You are the one saying all aluminum boats are garbage. Of course this ski boat wouldn't last 2 seconds in the ocean but there are plenty of welded aluminum fishing boats that would make your boat look like a total joke out in rough seas.
Hahahaha crappie fiberglass what a noob good luck thinking like that 😂
300k and my 40 year old Formula would murder that thing top speed.
You are in the wrong place! Haha
@@PavatiWakeboardinghe is indeed. This boat isn’t for fast, it’s a wake / surf boat. 11.2MPH is all the faster we ride!
