You want I loved you 2:54 you mentioning... Treating Instagram kind of like an entity itself. That will push your content if you just post a certain pattern of engaging content. I know my stories and reels get pushed to the right people based on likes of my followers, but I'm not being pushed to new folks... I don't post enough. This shift in thinking might help me.
I posted a cosplay reel yesterday and it got likes from different people compared to other posts. I was worrying I need to pigeon hole myself to one thing but I don't need to cause the AI will sort it out to followers accordingly.
The only thing I struggle with is branching out to new people, and it's clear I'm just not "trusted" for it because I don't post enough. Occasionally I'll post a photo or reel that is in a good hashtag so I get repeat likes on weeks after post.
I can post dancing, art or cosplay stuff all at the same time, compared to before where you had to be one niche to get boosted.
