Fun Fact, they are the first and only (as right now) 4th Gen Group to ever be invited to killing voice, and killing voice only invites groups that are confident and capable with their vocal and have good discography so this really speaks volumes about reputation that (G)i-dle have in kpop industry
Not sure if you know... but all of those songs (with the exception of Pop/Stars) were written by Soyeon. She also co-composed / co-produced / co-arranged them all to various degrees. Minnie and Yuqi have also written / produced several b-sides for the group.

It's not a coincidence that Twice (and especially those members) were dancing Queencard. Sana and Miyeon are really good friends, Mina and Minnie are friends and Shuhua and Tzuyu are close. Also they are all pretty much the same age as (G)I-dle members debuted all as adults.
Both Miyeon and Minnie are main vocalist
gidle is in my top 3 kpop girl groups (Blackpink, Mamamoo, gidle). Soyeon is brilliant, her imagination and creativity are off the hook. She always develops unique and interesting story lines then delivers them in such an artful way. IMO, the vocal line of Minnie, Miyeon, and Yuqi is the second best in Kpop only behind Mamamoo.
yeah pop/stars is from K/da, it was made by riot games for some league of legends' skins! They created like a kpop group made with some of the champions in the game and both Miyeon and Soyeon are in that group representing 2 champions (Ahri and Akali). So when they decided to sing this song here I was going crazy bc K/da only has bops.
15:30 that is Shuhua [pronounced shoe- hwa] ( the maknae of the group). She’s from Taiwan. And she sings more than people realize… some of her early singing gets misattributed to others on lyric videos. But, it is true as a sub vocalist she doesn’t sing as much overall as the others.
1) she wasn’t as comfortable speaking Korean at first and when she did she got mocked for her pronunciation.
2) she’s a sub vocalist and as such is never going to have many lines. She fills in the harmonies. That’s what a sub vocalist does…
She’s gotten way more lines now that Soojin is gone
@@austinhoagland9168Yep, she's obtained most of Soojin's lines from previous tracks. I believe Minnie also obtained some as well.

@@kaslanak423Thank you, I wasn't sure and tried to do comparisons from the OT6 tracks to their current perfomances. But I also did know that Minnie has had a lot since she's also produces some of their b-sides too. Also, I'd like to say that perfoming their OT6 songs live proves the don't need backtrack since they had to revise it to 5 members 👍
