I’ve heard a million built LS7’s with ARH long tubes on C5, and C6’s. Not a single one sounds like that. I never thought I would give up my Corsas but I’m going to try those 3” Borlas. That has to be the main contributor along with the catless ARH’s.
As a fellow SoCal and Fontana guy glad you got the nose to stay down. I have my eye on a C6 to track. Curios though on how in Cali your able to pass inspection and get tags for the street. Thanks.

Do you guys think I could get a similar exhaust note on my C5 with just the headers and exhaust system he has? Obviously ill never get it that insane, due to my rev limiter being an entire 2k under his. But i want that 8 into 1 sound.

Main difference is the x pipe almost immediately after the headers. That's what gives it the super high revving/ exotic tone

Hello - any details for that "BMW ABS system"? Sounds like very interesting and cheap option.
He mentioned a Teves MK60 ABS system. I did a little digging and it seems to have been fitted to the E46 M3 and the CSL version thereof.
Considering the stock C5 unit usually goes for $800-$1k to replace.. If yours still works it could go a long way to paying for the swap.

If you get an exhaust with an X pipe it will help.
