😍❤ Has alot of character this one and you show it off to perfection. I can see that place come to life again with a little help 💵 😊🙏 praying it's mine.
Thank you for the tour, this indeed a very charming home, I love it! The front garden speaks volumes about the character of the people who created that beautiful space, it is so lovely, they had a good eye for beauty, and the heart to create it. As you were showing us the property I was picturing what it must have been like when the family was working the land in that beautiful spot. It is such a shame that so many small farms are empty, waiting for young families to bring them back to life, hopefully this enchanting farm will find it's new family soon.
❤ I could make this work! Nice. I'd put a Murphy bed in the first bedroom and make the other more kitchen. I don't mind the bathroom being separate. The concrete floors are perfect too. I'm sure this property will be sold toot sweet. lol
Nice presentation, Melanie. The house is a little small, but you mentioned possibly putting bedrooms in the adega annexe. What would be required to achieve that legally? Is the annexe part of the urban article?
Thank You Brian. You can make a project for the new part of the house. It is in the urban perimeter of the village and the quantity of m2 is already legal, so that is an easy process
Hi Melanie, i can`t understand why nobody who shows us these propertys uses a handheld battery led flood light to illuminate the dark rooms of them. They aren`t so expensive and will create way better video content. Greetings from Hamburg
Hello Herbert, I do have one but most of the time I forget to take it on the tour :) Also, the tours are an extra help for people to understand the setup and surroundings of a property. A personal viewing is always recommended!

I'm glad you like it
A lot of buildings and in good order too. Nice property Melanie.
Yes, thank you
That could be made into a super nice home.
I think so too!

Wait! A strawberry tree?? Is that even real or did you misspeak?
Yes, they call it a strawberry tree. It doesn´t taste like strawberries though. The latin name is: Arbutus unedo, commonly known as strawberry tree
