Due to the land size, you could build up to 40m2 of agricultural support building not intended as main habitation

Whats the point of buying a nice piece of land that you cant build your house on. Ive watched many of these videos and all cant build anything. I call it, waste of money. Beutiful places but not of any use.

Big difference between a building plot where a huge house can be built and another one that can be built for sustainable agriculture and low key living.

Can't build a home there, sad. Portugal destroyed a lot of potential and possible for themselves with them harse rules.
