Anyone else think the coloured lower front splitter/bumber looks odd, Would look a lot better with more black accents contrasting it. 720's is far better looking.
@@Bahle_Gaji it's better, but if you had a 720's in that exact blue (Which is amazing love that dark metallic blue) The 720's would look way better with the contrast. So it's still odd looking.

Love the idea of reviewing this in February, but not in Canada lol. Nice to break the winter doldrums with a spirited blast in sunny climes in this beast. Sweet!
I remember my father was telling me was sometime during the 80s they were looking at what car to buy and I think they bought a Corvette for like eight grand but he was so tempted. There was a Ferrari brand new but it was out of his price range at something like 13 grand or something like that. Just thought it’s hilarious.
Was considering this over a 992 GT3 but it's $550k AUD vs $1.2m AUD fully optioned. Anyone can buy one, don't have to buy a used one at inflated prices, can spec it how you please, it's genuinely exclusive due to price, it spits flames, V8, faster and better looks. Worth the $750k difference? 🤔 Heck yeah!
What a car and what a spec! 720S has always been high on my list, and this just improves it. In the supercar world, I think it's this or the 296 right now. The next gen Lambo could also be up there, and a 911 Turbo is never a bad choice either. I do like that you just add fuel and go. No worries about complicated electric power or batteries or plugging it in. Downside is the somewhat hit and miss reliability that the brand has been known for. From what I hear, it seems you get a good one or a not so good one, at least in recent models. After depreciation, a used 720S that is sorted is the supercar buy of a lifetime, if you can get a good one without issues. That said, assuming equal build quality, I would have to drive both to see which feel I liked better. Without that, it's a close race for sure. A Ferrari is a Ferrari though, and you have that racing history and aura, Plus the 296 is one of the best looking cars of modern times, especially in GTS form. I would not fault anybody for choosing one over the other.
