Finning Techniques - Frog Kick

This finning technique can be taught to students from the beginning and should be used as the primary technique. Resembling a breaststroke kick, propulsion is directed horizontally rather than downwards. Divers can prevent stirring up sand/silt, damaging marine life and having a considerable amount of control while diving. Due to the rest phase of this technique, divers can also reduce their gas consumption.
