Thank you for this tutorial coach, really helping us players that cannot afford to have someone to teach us and remind us every time we practice alone.
Hey coach the funny thing is that after I played 3v3 today, I found out I needed to work on my touch, then this video popped in my notifications. Thanks for your work🙏.
Really liked your point with the exaggeration. Great example of making practice more difficult than the game. I think when a lot of coaches hear this they think they need to just run their players through the floor. Playing through fatigue is important, but that’s not the only way to challenge players.
This was a really good video. One player that was old school and was really good at this was Dr. J. His long arms allowed him to do some crazy stuff with the ball.
Thanks for the video coach! A combination of some athletic ability, long arms, and a sufficient enough basketball IQ can help with touch around the rim but this video has put it all together to give more clarity.
love the video ! can you make an updated attention to detail to shai gilgeous alexander, he's taking a lot of midrange shots compared to last season . Would love a video about that!

Perfect Timing
Really needed this I feel like I forgot how to do this after the pandemic
I noticed that being in shape improves my touch
Great video. As I’ve gotten older I’ve lost my soft touch. I can drive and get to the rim still but sometimes I miss easy layups. This has helped alot

Is it better to jump left right or right left cause I see almost every NBA player jump right left but it doesn’t feel right for me
If u are left handed jump left right, if u are right handed jump right left
