This is very cute and such an awesome use of scraps. I have soooooo much scrap from making masks and didn’t want to throw it away. You can only make so many crazy quilt bookmarks and journal covers, right?! LOL
So true! We love to use our scraps for so many things; one other great project is cosmetic bags! We are making them for our partner charity Grace Upon Grace Project who puts 1st Period Kit supplies in them for title 1 schools. Sorry for the late response. Really you only need it to be about 5 inches. But you can make it any length that suits you.
