This is the cutest look bag! But you had to have had an assembly line and or help for 50 a day. I tried this all by myself and I'm a very fast sewer, and I got 17 in 8 hours..
It's probably only the actual assembly and sewing steps that take only 10 minutes. they probably aren't including the time it takes to cut the fabric, the squares nor the strips, or even including setting up the machine with the coordinating thread colors, etc.
Nothing takes "only 10 min" to sew, as sewing is really much more than sitting at the machine. All the fabric prep, measuring, cutting, getting the accessories (ribbon, elastic), pressing. When someone says to me, "10 minutes," I know it will really take me an hour.
Now this is too funny, because I just did a 5 minute apron - lol which turned out to be over 1 hour. My husband says you not finish with that 5 minute project.

She did not say she sells 50 a day but that they can make 50 a day and not everyday!!! It is probably a small business and then she sells them to a shop or similar that is why she said wholesale, it is not difficult to understand!!!
Lovely. A craft that will take precutting, making or buying folded bias tape, and assembly. But still may be worth the effort to add color and variety to a craft table.
