Perfecto, perfecto, perfecto. I am SO excited to watch this whole playlist. You are speaking my language! I really don’t like the feel of RH Super Saver. I love that you are going to dive deep into acrylic yarns. I love research, and getting to the bottom, finding every last scrap of available information about any given subject. I have completed a grand total of one tiny project. I think I am a bit too obsessed with trying to find the PERFECT yarn. I am counting on your series to really round out my knowledge and maybe help me get closer to “yarn peace” 🙄. See you in the next one!
You should definitely try the I love this yarn brand from Hobby lobby. All Hobby Lobby yarn is 30% off every other week so I love this yarn skeins are only 3.49 every other week. And they are the softest you will ever feel at the same price as red heart ❤
Will you do the softness test blindfolded? I only ask because we all have preconceived idea’s when reviewing something rather arbitrary as softness. Ok, just realized I’m a little late on this year old video, oops.
Hey Stephanie! I probably won't go back and do this blindfolded, not unless I do a complete re-ranking with new swatches as I finish washing them. However, if it helps..... my husband, who also participated in the rankings, has zero knowledge of yarn. He had no idea what ANY of the yarns were and had zero preconceived notions. His ranking input should be pretty close to a blindfolded test!
In Canada we only get the Bernat Super Value yarn at most stores. There is no Hobby Lobby and Michael's yarn is very expensive. Could you text it too please? Would !I've to know how it does.
