I was sitting on an Alakazam V box that I decided to open after an Evolving Skies booster box. It was late at night, and inside was only one Vivid Voltage booster pack. With that one pack, to my utter disbelief, I pulled the rainbow Pikachu. To this day I still can’t believe it, even when I catch glimpses of it in my portfolio.
I was lucky enough to pull two. I bought two boosters when they were 200 a piece, ouch, I know. I pulled one from those two and then by chance my friend bought me a single blister and I pulled another from that. I think the pull rates changed or something because I’ve opened many a pack since the reprint and haven’t had any luck.
@@pokez5523 that’s awesome! The other crazy part of my story is that I got the box at my local Walmart, which is usually cleansed of all Pokemon product. There was even another collector in the section with the box in his hands, and he put it down for me to buy! I’m not sure when the cards in the box were printed, but the box came out in early 2021 and I purchased it in September.

best cards in each set are never where they should be (booster boxes, 3-pack blisters, collection boxes) I pulled a rainbow zard from Burning Shadows from a pokeball tin.

This is the best kind of video you make because you’re not faking the hype, it’s fun and relatable to watch you be calm when opening cards, frustrated when you have bad or no pulls and then delighted and satisfied when you get a pull instead of the insane constant yelling

Every time you guess the energy 3 times in a row you should open a vintage pack or something cause the chance of that is only 0.2%. This would add some fun to guessing the energy cause theres really nothing that comes out of guessing correctly :)
This was my favorite series. You tying to be quiet when you pulled the Zard was the best

Just a quick suggestion- when you do these library videos when you're talking quietly, can you match any of your music/sound effects/ to be the same volume or a bit lower than your voice? And maybe not open the packs so closely to the mic..?
Trying to listen to what you're saying by turning volume up, and getting blasted by sound effects or the louder crinkling of the packs opening makes it difficult for someone with sensory sensitivities to watch.

The room isnt closed at the top because if they closed it off they would have needed to redo the fire sprinklers and hvac distribution. This way its not technically a room by code.
