Anyone that fabricates needs a plasma cutter in their shop. While I'm more of an Everlast welder/plasma cutter fan, I'm glad yeswelder updated to a more classic style machine. That pastel was absolutely hideous. Looking forward to the 1 ton swap. 👍
One thing you didn't mention is that this is blow-back start, not high-frequency (hf) to initiate the flame. Blow-back machines have consumable parts that actually move and are not compatible with hf consumables. This makes it ideal for CNC machines like the Arcdroid. HF start totally messes with (like reboots) the electronics of many CNC plasma tables when initiating.
I have this machine and thanks for sharing the air connection option because mines was never used because of that issue I was having. But my advice to you guy.....wear some welding glove
They must fully test the products that they sent out to TH-camrs because I ordered two of them and both of them did not work right only 20% of the time there would be a flame when you pull the trigger you’d have to pull the trigger over and over again to catch a flame and I have the exact same model. I’d like to also add that I ordered these three days apart. I ordered the second one because the first one had that issue. The second one had the same problem with an additional issue with the air regulator was not assembled correctly. I did call out to the company directly and they went through their typical. Did you hook it up right scenario. I called them the second time and got the same response from them. They were absolutely no help at all. They literally just said that I would have to return it and wait for another one to show up. Do not expect any customer service from this company. Unless you’re a TH-camr, they don’t care about you.
I have the cut 65ds. I bought it last fall to cut brackets off my 14 bolt. It did okay.
Thanks for sharing your information 😎👍
My yeswelder flux core still going strong. Great price

Can you recommend a good air compressor that can keep up with sanders and sandblasting? Thank you
Are you cutting without the standoff that keeps the tip from touching the metal directly?
What size breaker are you using for the plasma cutter?

I like that green, how much do you want for it?
What is the maximum thickness it cuts?
Rated for 5/8" (15.875mm) when running on 240V... somebody cut 1 inch, but said it was wonky.
I saw that the other version cut up to an inch
Yes the specs are the same. Clean cut of 5/8 and severance cut of up to basically an inch. I have cut half inch pretty cleanly.
These are good for cutting aluminum foil. I took the air filter off mine and threw it in the trash. I couldn’t even give it away 😂
