My old muay coach is Aung La N Sang and he’s either One or Invicta. I’m so proud to have been a part of his training and he to mine I can’t express my happiness to his success. Go Combat Sambo. It’s literally EVERYTHING EFFECTIVE.

He is a terminator. Walks through punches and kicks like nothing and throws heavy hands

As a "muay thai guy" I can say I agree 100% with the very last statement from Jeff in the video regarding the Muay Thai footwork. My second Muay Thai coach used that as the reason for why he wanted me to learn basic bagua. In general it is really useful to be able to circle an opponent while maintaining a solid form/foundation. Using 2-3 combinations of only two angles of the feet I can be at an opponent's back and from having trained this obsessively I can do it really fast. I think the core strength that came from some of the exercises took my striking power to the next level. It is not so much the movements themselves but the exercises commonly used to build strength(try some teacup exercises!) to do the movements right that I feel built this "different kind of power" as my coach described it. We also practiced 10 minutes of a basic "chi sao '' everyday as part of the warm up process and that made huge improvements in my hand fighting. I'm constantly creating angles and clearing my opponents hands so I can get better strikes in.

Wushu Sanda proved effective with the Dagestani fighter's like Zabit Magomed Sharipov, Muslim Salikhov and Magomed Ankalaev etc coming from Wushu Sanda backgrounds

Also many Sanda fighters excel in ONE. Team Lakay specialises in Sanda and their fighters have won several ONE Championship titles.
