Oh, this has to be absolutely delicious. I live turkey breast. My Mom, God rest her soul, her last Easter, she wanted Turkey and dressing. I cooked it for her, so glad I did, it was one of my favorite Easter Dinners. This recipe would be fabulous anytime!!
This looks like an all year recipe, not just for Thanksgiving. Definitely looks simple to make, and very flavorful. The beauty of this recipe is that I have most of the ingredients in my pantry.

This recipe guide line helped me out for tonights Christmas dinner 🙏🏼. Much appreciated. I had a bone in one and cooked it for about 1hr 35min at the instructed temp, basted it as well during cooking, pulled it and covered in aluminum foil. Was moist 🥹🤌🏻

I made this today! No lemon because I didn’t have any and bone in turkey breast. And in a cast iron skillet with the top off and then took it out of the oven and put aluminum foil over it and let it sit for a while. It was so good! I’m gonna try again I hope it turns out as good as it was today because I only got about three bites of it🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️

@@bhappy8892 I would think the temp is the same, especially if your oven is/has the convection mode. The only real time I have noticed a time/temp adjustment really being needed is when I use the air fryer since it is much smaller than either my big oven or tabletop convection ovens.
@ thank you for your reply. I have a conventional oven not convection oven. However I googled it and it said allow 20 min per lb at 350 degrees temperature. I’ll give that a try. Split the turkey in half and bake it split open, wing side up. " butterflied turkey." Takes half the time to cook.

Read the "more" part in the description. 375f for min 1 hr or til it temps at 163f.
