Oh gal's I'm 75 and I will try this for the first time. Believe me, if it doesn't work I will let you know about it. This just sounds so good, I can't wait. God Bless gal's and the whole family.
HELLO, I'VE BEEN USING YOUR TIPS FROM THIS RECIPE FOR TWO YRS NOW. THIS WILL BE MY THIRD YEAR AND YOU'VE GOT EVERYONE IN MY FAMILY TO FALL IN LOVE WITH TURKEY AGAIN 💜✨ TY FOR ALWAYS SHARING YOUR AMAZING RECIPES
Thank you Steph and Claud your ending message really resonated with me… my family have been really going through it this year… so far one of the toughest years of our lives… some days with an empty fridge and picking up hotdogs and cheese from our community pantry to make for our babies. Hearing your message gives me hope that things will get better. Thank you for being an inspiration for us hard working latina Moms busting our butts. Much love from NYC
Thank you, mija. I’ve been cooking great turkeys for years. But, I’m going to make your version this year. I just saw a recipe for a roast turkey but I was like,” Nah, I’m going to look at Steph’s.” Then you popped up! Yay! Ty, mija! 💜🌸💜 Lol, Cloud. Mexican glue to the rescue! We are so grateful to you two beautiful Hispanic women. I’m so proud of the way you hold yourselves up with class and respect. I didn’t have that very much growing up. I’m glad young folks have more positive role models that look like them. Keep up with your great work.🌟
My grandma, and now I do it exactly her way… would toast bread, we’d tear it up with our hands. She would cut up green onion, fresh parsley, celery, diced apple, which is delicious in the stuffing/dressing! Also she used to chop up and cook some of gizzards in Manteca, I use extra virgin olive oil which also gives it a delicious taste, season whilst cooking with seasoning of choice, also she would cook the turkey neck in a pot long enough to make a delicious, well developed stock for the stuffing/dressing. Gently toss all ingredients together in a huge bowl, season with poultry seasoning, fresh cracked pepper, garlic parsley salt, pour up to (depends) 4-5 cups broth or so. She then would cook in batches, dressing gently flipping periodically and you witness it developing a beautiful crust, which is what you want. She would stuff the turkey but we serve it along side and it’s so good we can’t wait so we taste as we go! lol just sharing. Thanks for sharing I’m fond of stuffings/dressings. Best food memories and it’s a blessing to learn, honor and carry on traditions of comfort and happier times/memories. 🥹🫶🏽
Listen to this lady. I have been using this recipe for years now and it somehow makes turkey taste good. My mom won't eat any bird that's not marinated overnight idk I guess it's a desi thing but it makes the turkey so much more flavorful.
Just made my first turkey this time around for thankgiving and let me tel you everyone loved it ! It was moist and super flavorful! I also made the gravy from the broth it was super delicious ! Without this recipe I totally wouldve failed! Thank you❤
I just made your recipe for conchas for the first time and everyone loved them, thank you! the only bad thing about your recipes is that there so good everyone harasses me to cook it again and again, especially my abuelita, she said she can retire now, oh heck no. 😂
I've been using your turkey video from 3 years ago for the past 3 years and I'm happy to see you bring it back this year. Thank you for your recipes!!! This is coming from someone who didn't grow up with a mom and at 23 years old I am able to make deliciously food for my husband thanks to you 🥰❤❤🥰
Thank you for this easy amazing recipe. I am thankful that I found you two sisters and I am grateful to call you friends. Even though we have never met both of you are in my heart and prayers. We share the same passions so our bond is built on truth and thankfulness. My thanksgiving prayer goes out to all. Treat each other with kindness, find someone to share your riches and work with happiness and gratitude. God bless you all. From you little sister friend in Minnesota 💕🙏💐🌎
So, as I'm watching this, I am realizing I need to have a second Thanksgiving dinner, so that we can have a better turkey!! Love you, Steph and Cloud! 'And, so love your words of gratitude. If we can't be grateful, we'll lose everything. Being thankful is empowering and so are your recipes. Thank you.
I made this recipe yesterday. IT WAS THE BEST, JUCIEST, TURKEY I've ever had in my entire life! Everyone, once you try her turkey, you will become a believer! Amazing and THANK YOU FOR SHARING!
Hey Clau and Steph. I have to confess that I've never done turkey bc I've try some turkeys from other people and they are super dry and I don't like it😞 but by watching your video I might surprise my family this year by making one for Thanksgiving 😊 thanks for all the great recipes you bring to all of us. May God keep blessing you and all your family 🙏😊
Try using the Reynolds oven cooking bags (make sure you get the turkey size). Follow the directions exactly for cooking time based on the weight of your turkey. The only way it will end up dry is if you cook it too long. I've been doing it this way since I got married at 19 (38 years ago), and I've never made a dry turkey. You can do it! Good luck
@@lilliearvizu9447 I mix whatever herbs I'm using, (usually garlic, thyme, sage, salt and pepper), with a stick of softened butter. Then I smear the mixture all over the outside of the skin, as well as between the skin and breast meat. Or you could just brush a light layer of the oil of your choice on the skin, and sprinkle with dry herbs and spices. I like to put the butter mixture under the skin on the breast because, if anything is going to dry out, it's usually the breast first.
It was time cooking the turkey. My husband always does it but this time I told him I wanted to try it for the first time. SUCCESS! Everyone loved it and was flavorful and I for one don’t care too much for turkey but this year I had some on my plate 😊. Thank you again for this step by step!! 💕
Steff, your positivity and calmness made me so emotional. Hearing it’s going to be ok is just so comforting. I’m gonna have to try this turkey this year
Steph, You make cooking turkey so easy. And it looks delicious. I too would like to send you and Cloud special prayers for your love, Kindness and generosity in sharing with us your love for cooking. I am blessed to have found your show as it has improved my cooking skills. Much love and blessings 🙏🏼🙏🏼.
Thanks to you Stephanie! My turkey was a hit using your recipe there was nothing left for turkey sandwiches.Everyone loved it! my bad turkey days are over!!
I made your recipe for my friendsGiving this year, it turned out great and no dry turkey! I'll be making it again next week for my family's thanksgiving. I used Store bought hidden valleys ranch since I didn't have the time to make homemade and it still tasted great. It was all pretty much gone.
I usually never comment on any videos, however I wanted to thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe with us. I followed your recipe today for my first try at making turkey and it truly is absolutely delicious!! It truly is tasty and juicy. Thank you for sharing this with us and blessings to you and your loved ones!
This is by far the best turkey recipe out there. I’ve been making it since the first video and my family is always happy with the results 🤗 thank you so much for sharing your family recipe ❤
I'm a silent viewer never comment but I saw BGA on his channel saying a huge thank you to you for believing in him and I also want to thank you for all your recipes that us viewers get to use. I use your Albondiga recipe which everyone loves.....thank you so much..
Hello Ladies 🤗, I'm going to make your recipe for my turkey this year! So excited 👍. Blessings to all The Views Club viewers and especially to ☁️ Cloud and Stephanie and family 🤗. God Bless 🙏.
Hi ladies! Made This recipe last year everyone loved it ! I also did your fluffy mashed potato recipe everyone loved everything! As always sending love to you and your family❣️💕
WOW! this turkey is serious business! the stuffing looks like tons of thought and work went into perfecting it. cooking is indeed a science and an art. my mouth and eyes are watering!
Steph, the bag that comes with the turkey is not straight gravy…. It’s turkey drippings used to make gravy using a roux. Love the show, and Happy Cooking !
This recipe is amazing! I’ve made it two years in a row and it is a crowd pleaser! I was thinking of switching it up this year but my family begged to keep using this one because if it’s great there’s not need to change it! I personally didn’t make the stuffing this was I just stuffed my turkey with other stuff and it was still amazing!
Ahhhh. I have made your turkey for two years. I have cooked turkey for my family for 50+years. But I tried yours 2 yrs ago and it has been a hit. And I too grew up in a poor Mexican household. I don’t consider myself privileged, but I want for nothing, nor do my kids. I donate to many programs that help the under privileged. I also use to take in Foster kids, back when the state gave you nothing. I did it for Love. I raised 4 biological kids. My youngest passed away 4 yrs ago. 😢But I still have many kids call me Mom and it is an honor. Thank you girls for your many recipes.
Excited to make this again !!!! Last year I did two turkeys one in oven and one in roaster. The one in the oven came out juiciest . Probably because I’ve never used an electric roaster it wasn’t as juicy . I got so many compliments. The taste was amazing. 10/10 recommend. Happy Holidays ladies !

I’m back again! I used this recipe for my very first turkey 2 years ago when I hosted Thanksgiving. Everyone LOVED it and now have high expectations this year! 😂 I don’t like ranch but this turkey doesn’t taste like ranch. I made my own stuffing and it was still great! 🎉
Once I began to use your recipe a few years ago, I have made it that way ever since. It has given us the most beautifully golden brown delicious turkeys for our dinners. Every year before Thanksgiving, I search your recipe up on TH-cam. I just want to say Thank you for sharing your family's recipe. This is going to be my second time making this recipe! It came out so delicious last year and it was my first time making a turkey. Thank you again for this amazingly delicious recipe ❤❤❤❤
Been making Turkey using your recipe for my family for the past 2 years and they absolutely LOVE IT!! 🤗 Now I’m in charge of making turkey every year lol even my kids love it and they’re usually hard to please because they’re super picky about what they eat! Thank you so much ❤ Happy Holidays!
Hi ladies, 👋🏽 Thank you for not only your wonderful delicious recipes you share with us all, but also for having a great conversation with your audience, it's like being in the kitchen with sisters I never had💖 Steph thank you also for touching on such a very important sentiment, and that's the act of an attitude of gratitude with a giving ❤️ I shared your video with the mothers of where I work, and you ladies definitely share a family vibe with your audience 😊 BTW, your innovative techniques. Amigas!!!!!!!!! I can't wait to bake my turkey/stuffing this year! Your recipe has been a family hit for the past two years. Mil gracias...bye...adios...💛💛
We have thanksgiving early so my daughters can go to the husbands families on the day of thanksgiving. I did your way of stuffing and cooking the turkey last year and everyone loved it so I was voted to do the turkey again haha it was just as good this time as last year! Thank you for sharing your talent with us 🥰
Omgosh! I was just looking up your method/recipe for your turkey and look what popped up! I swear to you the first year I made your turkey my entire family and guest were in awe over it. It was such a hit I did it again last year and will do it this year and every year, it is the absolute fool proof yummiest turkey ever! Thank you so so much for sharing this and all your recipes you have such a talent! P.S. I have even used this for whole chicken just as wonderful!
I bought a 23lbs Turkey and can’t wait to see the results!! So excited. Now for the stuffing, the extra inside foils… how Ling should I leave it in the oven for? 23lb Turkey takes 5hr 15 minutes
Sounds about right for time. Internal temp should be 150-155 and roast until desired golden color. That will keep your internal temp at min of 160+ degrees. Happy holidays ❤️ Steph, and Cloud
I used the original video to make my very first turkey. I was intimidated at first that’s why I turned to youtube lol but now i use this recipe every time and it is hands down the best turkey we’ve ever ate!
I love your family’s recipe!! I find that coating the bottom of the Turkey first and the top of the Turkey second helps to keep more of the sauce on the top of the turkey. Happy Thanksgiving!
For the record some of us Luv the pink hair. I still prefer your old video. This 1 seems more corporate. Happy 4 your growth & professionalism. But the old authentic vids felt more like watching someone you know. This still looks super delicious will try soon. Thanks for sharing. Happy Holidays 2 you & your's.
Omg I'm so excited I made your recipe last year and everyone loved it!
Makes us so happy and proud!! Great job, amiga 🫶🏼✨

A celery stalk is the whole celery plant, has about 15 ribs. I think you meant 10 ribs, not stalks. Lol.
Oh gal's I'm 75 and I will try this for the first time. Believe me, if it doesn't work I will let you know about it. This just sounds so good, I can't wait.
God Bless gal's and the whole family.
BEST TURKEY EVER!!!!!!!!! SUPER EASY KILLER FLAVOR!! Finally 20 years I have successfully TURKEY all because of you!
Thank you thank you!!!
I have made this turkey (while following the original pink hair video ) going on 4 years now. You two are wonderful. Thank you
I made this recipe last year and there was literally no turkey left! It was my first time making turkey. Best I’ve had! ❤🤤

Oh I know this is going to be great 👍🤩 saludos desde Cali.
I made this tonight everyone loved it thanks!!!
First time I'm making a turkey this Thanksgiving so I'm hoping it'll come out like ur's 😋😋😋😋😋
I luv your recipes.
You and Cloud are so good together.
Be Blessed.
Made yours last year. Sooo good
I bought a 23lbs Turkey and can’t wait to see the results!!
Welcome back!! So happy our recipe is the best you've tried. Happy Holidays ❤
I can always see how much love u have through your cooking much appreciated. And I love your taco glue idea too 😆 🤣
I bought an infrared turkey fryer last year... Best money I've spent! Even if it gets used once or twice a year lol
Wishing you & your family a Happy Thanksgiving. May God continue to bless you. Thank you for sharing your recipes.
I like your cuchara de peltre, you always have your Mexican touch. I'm trying this recipe for El Dia del Turkey. Looks so delicious 😋
I am so going to use the Turkey rub next time.. normally we just use butter.. I want to try the ranch & mayo butter concoction😋
