You always find the best places to eat with the nicest staff. I think that people who are happy and upbeat when serving others can make all the difference to your experience and their experience as well.
Just ate at Vox Kitchen for the first time last night… sooo delicious. That steak was unreal.The service was also top notch. Thank you Mike for introducing me to this gem only 30 - 40 minutes away!
I’m not Jewish although some of my best friends are. The Jewish word fresser defines a person who likes to eat. Mike, you’re my favourite fresser. One of the main reasons I like watching you is that you are continuously feeding your face and enjoying some of the best food in the World. Thank you for this. Everything looked and probably tasted fantastic. I of course drooled (my dinner is ten minutes away)! The only negative about this video was the noise level at both restaurants. If I go to a resto and get in the door to hear a cacophony of noise from the unwashed, I leave. That’s my problem but I am duly impressed by how you look at adversity in the face to enjoy one of your fabulous feasts. Thanks for sharing. Cheers, Colin

That's peruvian aji sauce, saw "Saltado" on their menu so it must be aji sauce as well. That sauce is the main pull for me at peruvian restaurants.
