      what do you call a sequence like that at the start of rito village

      The first chord progression in “adding chromaticism really has a nice sound, but notice it has a very 40’s wartime-60’s jazz tone to it. I would even go as far to say the way the song has an arppegiated harmony and that combined with the chord progression makes it sound like an inc spots song, like “maybe” or “into each life” or “I don’t want to set the world on fire”

    This guy used to be my piano teacher, and now he's doing amazing TH-cam collabs like this? It's incredible!

    Love how these sound. Wouldn't mind hearing the full version of the song re-harmonized. Wouldn't mind hearing more classic Zelda themes re-harmonized.

    Hey man, great work, I came from 8bit MT channel and I'm here to stay. Hopefully you'll play some classic Megaman tunes (I'm a keyboard player and music youtuber, maybe we can go for a collab with the blue bomber's music in the future). Again, nice content.

    • @88bit

      Thank you! I have about half of Mega Man 2 arranged and eager to get these videos made soon. So yes. :) Would be happy to some sort of collaboration. Email me on me website (www.88bitmusic.com) or through twitter/Instagram (@88bitmusic) with an idea. :)

      Gabriel Mandler I believe the only way currently to get the sheet music is to be a subscriber of 8-bit Music Theory’s Patreon - www.patreon.com/8bitmusictheory

    Maybe you should start a unique videos on music theory. I still can't find the ones I like. Smth is always lacking. Like the sense and the purpose of a music theory itself

    • @88bit
      @88bit  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      The purpose of music theory is to understand how and why music makes you feel the way you feel. Music is written. Theory helps to explain and understand it.

      the point of the video isn't to improve the theme, it's to demonstrate how to use the techniques of reharmonization in arrangements. now chill buddy.
