It wouldn't surprise me if RCT2's codebase allows the simulation of a gravitational singularity either.
It was years since I did math like this but...
Let's assume that one path is a sphere of 1m radius. This is to make the math simpler
The Schwarzschild radius is how much you must compress a body to make it collapse into a black hole.
R = 2GM/c^2.
where...
R is Schwarzschild radius
M the mass of the object
c is the speed of light
G is the Gravitational constant
and we need the M=>
M=Rc^2/2G
and as R=1 we can simplify
M=c^2/2G
with C=2.998×10^8m/s and G=6.674×10^-11 N⋅m^2/kg^2
M=6.7 × 10^26kg
Then we need to divide it by the mass of a gest, let's assume 60Kg
Number of gests= 6.7 × 10^26/60=
1,1*10^25 gests
Please don't make me place that in context, but it would not surprise me that the number of total drownd guests of ALL PLAYERS OF ALL TIMES might be less. But I don't have that data
No he won't - RCT's code is too good for that. It handles the most ridiculous stuff without problems, so there's no way a black hole could be created.

The fact that Marcel can keep creating content ( and the RCT2 community as a whole) shows not only how great of a game it was and is, but the ingenuity of the player base.
Funny enough, this is the exact opposite of how it works in Dwarf Fortress, where two tiny kittens can't _walk_ in the same tile at the same time, but 256 _bronze colossi_ can share a single tile as long as 255 of them are _lying down_ (queueing, in RCT logic).
Reminds me of Transport Ships in Age of Empires. You can fit up to 20 individual units per ship, regardless of whether it's 20 archers, 20 swordsmen, or 20 entire elephants.

I've actually had this happen on a number of occasions in my parks without even needing the no-entry signs when I have a ride's queue line connected to the path tile directly in front of its exit. Though of course I just figured it was a bug of sorts and changed the path a little afterwards

They can litter and vandalize for as long as they want, but going past a “no entry” sign is simply a step too far.
Blocking guests from entering as well as leaving the queline is the most diabolical thing I've seen from Marcel. And I love it!😂

It's so much easier to maintain the queuing state than the falling, drowning etc. Need an follow up on the recent videos.
The whole point of guests falling/drowning was because that's possible on a single tile, whereas you cannot do that with queue lines.
Guests will ride any free transit ride. so a tiny elevator with no exits makes perfect sense to trap every guest ever while you get distracted building rollercoasters despite a high gate fee. Because why not. All at the cost of a single dancing panda.
Some people just have way too much time and way too little to do with themselves 😂😂 and I'm glad they share the things they find :p

Wait, could you just put a third "no entry" sign on the queue so that some guests can bleed through onto the ride? Like next to the ride entrance has two signs facing each other and a third sign at the queue entrance so that bleeders don't leave the line.
If that works you can have your cake and eat it too. Infinite queue capacity *and* ride revenue without having to fiddle with signs. I call that a win-win.
I had something like this happen a while ago, though it was with a normal queue line, somehow the guests just stood inside each other

I used to watch you a lot, I like roller coster tycoon and your videos are awesome, I also love that your voice is really calm so I used to watch you when I as trying to sleep, and I remember that the background music was different, am I going crazy? If you changed can you please tell me what was the name of the old music?
Never changed, but I did have no music for a few years at the start.
This game is 22 years old and that OpenRTC2 update is several years old, how are we STILL discovering new exploits for this game!?
So, if you remove the No Entry sign that is facing the ride entrance building- are all those queued peeps able to go on the ride without breaking the trap?
You might be able to get some absolutely insane throughput numbers having 65k guests constantly bumping the ride entrance, because the speed of the queue line walk seems to set how fast they can enter the ride.

i don't know marcel, don't you think you could make a *smaller* queue line fit *more* people?
I'm trying to create an entrance where the peeps enter the park and then are allowed into an area with an ATM, but have it so that people already in the park can't get to it after they've entered. Would having the do not enter sign at the entrance work? Or would they be able to circle around and get through to the ATM again the same way as new guests?
If new guests can get to the ATM from the path tile right in front of the park entrance, then so can anyone else who ends up on that path tile, and if you want guests to able to leave, they obviously have to be able to reach that tile again.
So no, I don't think it's possible.
Do you have access to TVs in every park?
Tried this on the mobile version. Seems to work then randomly just tanks park rating the guests start complaining about being lost.
I am playing RCT Classic on my iPhone.
But mistake I opened up a view which showed thought bubbles red and green across my park. Not sure how I did that? Can’t seem to do it again. Any idea how this happened.
They were showing hotspots of good and bad guests.
Has anyone been interested in speedrunning RCT on 8x speed? I've heard about 1x and 128x but not 8x
This trick will not work In canary mines however
do you guys think this exploit should be patched? it seems pretty unusual to me the fact that guests keep queueing after the first no entry sign, theey should give up the ride and enter walking animation
I don't think it should be patched. Sure, you can exploit it to hell, but there are already even smaller setups that have very similar results. It also doesn't actually let guests ride the ride (unless you remove the sign later) so it's only good for storing guests and not much else.
