If she was a victim of a scam, she would be chastising the bank for transferring the money too quickly.
Large wire transfers are held up to 10 business days to prevent fraud at the bank I work at and each time customers are pissed
Even through an escrow company? 10 business days when you are trying to buy a property seems like an awful long time. People buy and flip homes all the time.
So make disclaimer available in ALL LANGUAGES (Including Sign Language Recording) and tell customers before they teansfer
oh come on you can’t tell me that all this banks doesn’t process wire transfers under 30minutes
Hence Why I don't use Wire transfers for when I purchased my home Check was wayy faster and easier plus if they tried to commit any fraud let's just say since I knew the realitor and title company folks.....they would be swimming with the fishes.

Banking process is strictly enforced.

My attorney that was representing me in a car accident did wire fraud and identity theft in my name to the government. What should I do?
well first off do a credit report pull see everything then freeze all accounts with the three credit report bureaus that is Equifax, Transunion, and Experian. I recommend always always having an identity theft protection plan in place that way they are cyberscanning all your stuff and you can get identity theft insurance I have ID insurance up to 10 million from the OPM hack back in like 2012 since I was prior military but you have lifelock and other companies that can help with this do your research online.
Sue them for a 12% interest rate

She gave God the glory! I'm praying the same for $100,000 that disappeared out of my bank with two fraudulent ACH transfers that I did not approve. I am so tired of the crooks.

I’ve seen far too many TH-cam videos about people being scammed or catfished out of money, especially elderly people, that I’m siding with the banks for their security efforts.
