Some folks are partially tone deaf without realizing it. I can tune a piano "by ear," without the aid of a tuning fork. And I'm a songwriter, with my own recording studio. And I can sing fairly well myself. But most people lack the necessary ear to distinguish vocal quality. Having said that, I'd like to say further that Lea's voice has more vibrancy and dynamics than Judy's. Anyone who cannot discern that must be lacking some aspect of what it takes to perceive musical vocal nuances.

judy kuhn really has great voice even though she's already 50 y.o....when i hear her singing colors of the wind, i feel as if i'm relaxed... well lea also has a great voice...it kinda seems angelic and also relaxing... both of them really have great voices..i love them both...they make me relax through their songs when i'm tired
