      It's good on 0.75x playback speed if you like more time in the stretches

      @@elanorw3186 I found even the 0,75x playback to be too fast. Maybe I'm just too stiff lol :D Otherwise enjoyed the routine

    Although the transitions are quick, this is one of my favorite routines from Shona and at this point I’ve memorized the sequence 😂

    The best mobility sequence ever! It is yoga-like, smooth and interesting!
    Doing it for over 1.5 months every day and I love it! It is the only sequence that helps me keep the discipline as I actually like it :)

    Just wanted to say ever since working from home is a daily thing I've been able to incorporate this into my morning routine and I LOVE it. Thanks for starting my morning right. (and side benefit, already seeing more flexibility after a week).

    This was so pleasant! It was quite quick between movements and I would have liked to stay in some positions longer or understand what was coming next, but all the movements were wonderful!
