    Hi Shona, great video thanks. I wanted to address your segment on chronic pain. It’s rare to find people within the health and fitness world that understand and advise responsibly. I’m an anaesthetist and also suffer with chronic pain myself. I’ve seen countless patients who suffer badly but sadly lack understanding. It would be great to spread the message of movement for healing far and wide. Keep up the good work, and thanks again. Lisa x

    Thank you! Great vid I will definitely do this sequence again. I put it on 0.75x speed to slow it down a bit - thought the feedback that you talk through it a bit too fast could be useful :)

    Great (Posture) n that back bend stretch twist was on point now that how u get in and up pulling ur self off floor mat trength you said it Love watch ur home gym classes 🤸.
