  • Here's a great 15 minute workout for you to try! It's low impact, meaning NO JUMPING and easy on your joints! A lot of HIIT workouts can be hard on your body, so be sure to mix this workout in anytime. Especially if you live in an apartment and don't want to disturb your neighbors down below haha..

    Hi Katie ..I worked out with your mom Denise since I was in my 20 ..She was amazing and kept my body in shape. I have all her tapes/dvds and still working out with her. So glad u are following in her 👣 great job 👏 👍

    Wow ~ this was amazing. This is so effective! I loved how there were some different exercises I haven't done before, they were super challenging I need to keep up lol. This one is going into my permanent rotation of toning cardio, I will do this again & again!!

    Thank you for this. sometimes I have trouble putting weight on my toes, I like how this had a lot of other options for workouts. I dont work out any more with out shoes and socks on

    I loved this! Thank you. It’s really nice to see a workout that’s totally doable but still so effective. I turned off three other videos today before I specifically searched for you because I saw your videos on Snapchat. The other ones had me in pain whereas this one, I was sweating and my muscles were working, but i was comfortable enough to continue. Thank you !!

    I was doing amazing with your recipes and workouts but then went on a binge for 5 days now! I am so disappointed in myself and feel that I've gained 3 pounds back.
