- Talking about motorcycle, custom motorcycles always make us excited with unique and unbelievable design shape, high- performance, nice engine sound and built in limited quantities. From the past to present, there have been many custom motorcycles were designed and built by professional custom motorcycle builders, mechanics or motorcycle enthusiasts around the world. There are also many custom motorcycle styles for customization or modification as: custom chopper motorcycle, custom bobber motorcycle, custom cafe racers or custom scramblers
And I doubt 3 of these people had anything to do with the builds other than money.
Exactly not even chopped from another bike, I have twenty different parts from other bikes on my chop and so many parts I have built myself and painted my self proud of my build. These are just show of money they have paid to someone else
Nothing looks cooler than duckwalking your motorcycle.

Killa choppers . I remember back in the early 80s i enjoyed reading Easyrider and In the Wind magazines there was a cartoon drawing of a biker using binoculars to see if he had a front flat tire .👍
Imagine putting that kind of money into something by design is unstable. Fall out of a turn on a whisper and couldn't track a blizzard. I.e. they handle like shit, body position absurd and heavy as a hog, POS but if that's how you ride...

These motorcycles all look like they are trying their level best to emulate childrens' toys. It's all about shock-appeal and being seen/heard. They all handle so badly that really most of them shouldn't even be allowed on the road. I mean, no front brake, because of aesthetics, really?

Surprised at the number of bikers that casually rode around with absolutely zero protection, many just in t-shirt and shorts. I suppose it keeps the skin graft clinics in business.

Yep I built my custom chopper I got paint job done by and purchased my bits from and got so n so mechanic to put it together designed from OCC . Didn't make anything for it not even chopped from another bike. Let's see real building skill off the street

As a motorcycle owner and rider these so-called 'motorcycles' are a thousand times ugly. They're abominations. They are to motorcycles what Justin Bieber and Drake are to music. Pointless. Dangerous. But as bewildering it might be to decide to build such mechanical abominations, and even more bewildering to buy one, what I can't work out is: how are they legally allowed to be on the roads?
Most of these bikes are not street legal. Most states have lax vehicle inspections. No emissions compliance. EPA is cracking down. No mufflers. Totally impractical. Most will probably never see 2,000 road miles before the owner's back gives out. One never sees these on highways on long trips. They're just bar hoppers.
The real groin kick is when the owner goes to sell it. $80,000 or more to buy. Lucky to get $10,000 on selling.
At least they drive, the clutch just exploded in my 1999 Honda Valkyrie at 247,000 kms 😔

Nothing has blown my mind. Yet. I am very nauseated, thrown up twice, and have had three bowel movements. No mind blown, though. The polyester business slacks and the chopper were not a good combination. The khaki shorts and flip flops were pretty bad, too. Keep trying to bring back your youth. So far, not working well. I have a message from 2004. They called and want their bikes back.

They don't build them the buy them and pay someone else to put bling on that they also buy. There are some real choppers out there built from scratch by the owner I mean bending welding painting manufacturing etc

I'm no expert on motorcycles but it seems to me the above machine would corner better if it had a hinged midsection,; if tractor-trailer big rigs can be articulated then why not choppers?

Well most , nearly all that I saw there was the typical cookie cutter crap that I have come to expect from an unimaginative bunch who think choppers started with Orange County. Not one of those machines had a frame built y a guy in his garage. And there wasn’t a single example of anything other than v twins or v eights. I have been building bikes for. 45 years, and there are no rules in this game. You can use any kind of motor, you just have to use your imagination and build it up from nothing . Visit wrecking yards, use existing materials. Throw away the custom accessory catalog, and learn the real pleasure of building motorcycles.

The old school regular choppers were cool in the 70s and some still today as classics but these stretched out behemoths are anything but.

Lotta tired old designs. They were cool in their day but the chopper craze seems to have faded. They're completely impractical, many with only one seat and zero cargo carrying capacity. Given the extensive customization they're very expensive toys that do not retain their value. There's a reason we don't see very many of them on the street. The extremely exaggerated rake coupled with the extreme seat setback and absence of suspension make these look uncomfortably painful to ride for any but the shortest distance. Some of those riders have their backs hunched over and are barely able to reach the handle bars. I get lower back pain just looking at them.
These are only show Ponies each to their own I’d hate to ride 100 miles then go to the Hospital nice but not to ride
