I was just wondering the same. 😊 They look like 1kg to me but function of how much you usually lift and your fitness level, you can also try slightly higher and see after a few reps how you feel.
It was so good but so exhausting 🥵 I admit it, I've finished the last 10 minutes without the weights but I'll do it again soon ! Thanks a lot I love arms exercises and standing abs 😍
