I think it would be more accurate the ps1 personified fear tune
The sound that the PS2 will make when you drop it is the sound of plastic and metal (and various other things) breaking apart and smashing to pieces. I wouldn't try this, even if I've never done it myself.

Laser BEAMS do not have radiation. Some elements that create some beams are radioactive. Not usually found in consumer products where the laser is so out in the open.The warning is for the wavelength of light that can be harmful to the soft tissues of the eye.

Love the level of detail he went into on this one. All those pieces on the outside like the original's ridges.
Absolutely awesome, but leaving out the memory card slots kills a lot of functionality. The clockbattery also needs replacement. (20:33)

I hope nothing needs to be replaced. I think I would have used screws and taps in some areas for easy access to components, but this is meant for aesthetics not to be played a whole bunch. Truly impressive

I think an alternative option for the grooves on the front and sides could be to cut countersunk grooves with the table saw.

You never wear gloves while working with power tools like the saws he uses here. That's asking to make any potential injuries worse than they need to be.
@@DarthG33k depends on the tools I mean I haven’t wore gloves in 20 years in the machine shop but there is definitely times I wish I had
@@overlandmdb4124 you definitely don't want gives with band saws and table saws. If the saw catches the glove, it'll pull your whole hand into the machine.

The laser can't harm you through the screen since the screen can't reproduce the same light emission, but it can destroy a camera's sensor.

He should have cut out for the memory card slots. Also, make it where it should come apart. Just in case the lens needs cleaned, or parts need replaced.

What really sucks is that it was glued together.
It I were inclined to do something like this, I probably would have tapped threads into the plexiglass so that it could be screwed together and easily disassembled.
If possible I might have tried to use nylon or clear plastic screws to maintain the aesthetic.
it could have been awesome if he did a glass memorycard as well, but i think it´s just a clear giant brick for decoration since he didn´t even change the bios battery
@@ricardou.r4222 I don't know about that.....the battery seems to only be for the RTC (to keep time) [unlike a PC CMOS, there really aren't any settings that truly need to be saved].
So, not replacing it won't really have any effect on the PS2's usability or playability.
