It’s great that you brought up the maps. A lot of people don’t have friends like I do who immediately told me to pull up whatever map we’re on so I can navigate without them if things go wrong. Usually have maps up on my monitor even if I mostly know the maps after the amount of wipes I’ve played, always good to have a reference.
Appreciate the comment, I can still remember my first day or two, having no clue about the map, and putting myself into night raids on accident. What a mess 😂
Tip for loading mags fast with ammo is using the ammo presets there is nearly no limitation to what you can do. you can also do stuff like combat mixes with x amount of high pen mixed with x amount of high flesh damage for example 3 bullets of m855a1 with 1 follow up warmage until the mag is empty.
I do this regularly, especially with 9mm. A 50 round mag with alternating 5 rounds of armor piercing like ap 6.3 and 5 rounds of flesh ammo like Luger cci, quakemaker or rip. It’s very effective at breaking armor with the ap and then slamming them with flesh damage through the broken armor
Liked seeing the mag stacking tip, it is something good for the beginner. Grenades are like credit cards for sure. The amount depends on the play style for sure. I generally carry at least four for a fun run bc I like to throw, rotate, rush a lot but depending I definitely don't waste the square.
There was a lot of things I forgot to mention, especially grenades being a great way to gain information and force movement. Appreciate the comments as always
i wouldn't say it brings in "intense realism". Every gun recoils way more than they do in real life and what person can take multiple shots and keep going lol. Good video though.. we don't want realism we just want good mechanics.. tarkov has that. It also has terrible code and is ridden with cheaters.. not worth playing atm unless you're ok getting killed by someone using cheats.
Well if you’re playing pve especially it feels quite good. Sure it’s ai, but the fights can be quite intense since they also have laser accuracy lol. I agree though as a soldier that your pmc has noodle arms even after they toned back the insane recoil.
"you have to shoot for the head in tarkov". That's complete utter bs, you have to know your ammo and what it can and can't do. No reason to go for the head if you have 7.62 m993..
Ah yes. M993 with high pen and lower dmg. Perfect for non armored areas lol. M993 is good anywhere my guy. But it has lower dmg than M80. Also, 7.62 is commonly known for the 7.62x39. 7.62x51 we call .308. Tarkov community loves their realism.
I would say he is absolutely right. Yes, you CAN drop a target without a headshot depending on the ammo. But to drop a target as fast as possible, with the least amount of noise and rounds spent, a headshot is the way.
That’s true. But 993 is one of the least used ammo. Almost nobody uses it and the usual case is m62 and m80. But landing headshots, even with a TT pistol, is the absolute fastest way to kill.
I mean yeah center mass works depending on ammo and armor, but unless a guy is wearing an altyn helmet with a face shield trying to headshot is usually a safe and effective bet to instantly take down a player, especially if you’re using a high fire rate/low recoil weapon, you can potentially win the fight in one or two rounds out of a burst. If they’ve got what looks like crappy armor but they put lvl 6 plates in it you’re not gonna pen quickly and it can lead to you losing if you’re only hitting stomach or thorax.
Fastest way to grab mags is to edit build, and start changing the mags in therez every time you switch mags it puts the pevious in your rig.
I’ve pinned your comment! Knew I’ve seen it done but forgot the way… appreciate it!
i dont play tarkov but its really nice to see a small creator try to genuinely help especially w a 18 minute video
Your comment is much appreciated!
@@anthro7826 yes for sure. I completely agree

This wipe has been brutal with cheaters, the game needs a ban wave, fast

While I agree, I can count on one hand the times I’ve been killed by m993, most people aren’t running it, and I’m usually head eyes by it anyway lol
