- The day has come for the FJ Cruiser to finally have a rear shelf system! Bison Gear has stepped up to the plate and put out the missing piece for my FJ Cruiser's rear cargo area, the shelf system.

I love mine. I’ve had it installed for about 4 months now and it’s still super solid. Really helps with space and gives me quick access to my chairs and other gear.
I agree! It did provide more organization and storage capability in the FJ! I had waited years for a company to make a shelf like this for the FJ and I’m Glad Bison Gear did it!
How long did it take yours to ship?

It took about 5 days for me. Very quick.
95% Humidity in Texas, my keys rusted
Florida and Texas are super humid. But more south Texas than North Texas is known for humidity.
Thanks for the video. Did you ever post a shot with your fridge --I'm surprised you're able to fit it in with the shelf installed.

I just received mine but am puzzled because my shelf came in two pieces, not one, like yours and as I have seen in different videos. I did just send them an email for clarification, so we'll see what they say.
That may be a new design, but let me know as soon as Bison gear gets back to you. They have good customer service so I'm sure they will assist.
@@GREATESTOFALLTEXAS I did email them and they responded that it is an upgrade that adds more space, but based on another person who previously bought this shelf system, it only adds about an inch. I replied that I would like a refund seeing as the picture that they still use on their website shows a one-piece shelf, not a two-piece. Furthermore, the holes to attach the two pieces of the shelf are off by about a mm, so I can't screw them all in to join them successfully. In addition to all of that, they forgot to send the L brackets by which to hang the shelf to the other MOLLE panels, though they did send three MOLLE panels instead of two, which is puzzling.
If I wanted a two-piece shelf, I probably would have ordered one from another company in the states that has such.
I have not heard back from them after my response email, so I just now sent another email to remind them that I would like a refund. I'm hoping that they are good on their "satisfaction guaranteed" motto and 30-day return policy and that they process the refund ASAP.
I’m also a bit annoyed that I got the 2 piece attic as well. The holes are also off for me. I’m going to have to drill the holes bigger on the weekend. Any update?
@@dC5alex At first they said they didn't make the one-piece anymore and didn't have any remaining. Then after I sent a couple more emails, they said they found one more one-piece and sent it to me.
