This is the first time I've ever done a HIIT workout - and I was able to go high impact fir the skipping ( low impact otherwise). The fact you gsve impact options helped even with the plank as can't get down so need knees instead .. thank you for helping expand my workouts ( as normally it's your power walks or dance workouts when online ).

I loved the skippers and then plank. I can actually do the plank on my forearms without dropping. I would love it if there was a single song workout with skippers and plank so i can get better and stronger.

love it- esp. the second set- LEGS :)))) & speed- tyvm- (I did it wearing socks on a wooden floor;)
I managed to mostly do the high impact versions except for the jumping jacks at the start and tried to do most impact version of planks at the end but had to take a breath a couple of times then continue, but did better then I thought I would do when I started.
