Yes, and you can also change the cube by something else. The code is written in Blueprint, so you can totally adapt the effect to the specific needs of your game.
I absolutely don't know, because I don't have VR to test the effect. What I c say is this effect uses standard Niagara stuff, with many controls options within a Blueprint. So if standard Niagara system can be used on VR, this effect should also be used on VR without any problem.
