I moved to Malta and have been here for almost a year. I moved here when I got married. My wife is Maltese. I came from Florida in the USA. I love it here despite the difficulties like traffic and the dense population. Actually, even though there is more traffic here than where I came from, I like it better here because traffic is slower. And I love how you can get anywhere in Malta within a short drive. We used to have to drive hours to get anywhere we wanted to go in the USA. Also I love that I can get a doctor to come to my house instead of me having to always go to a doctor at a clinic. The medical system in the USA is terrible. Medical treatment and care is much cheaper here in Malta and is very good. I also got my teeth fixed here in Malata for a tiny fraction of what I would have paid in the USA and the dentist saved one of my teeth that the US dentist wanted to extract. Yes some things are more expensive like whem buying products. We pay much more for some things but its because everything has to be shipped in to Malta. Also you have no access to Amazon Prime and shipping is more expensive to have anything shipped to you. One thing I really mis in the USA are the wild places. There are very little wild locations in Malta and the biodiversity here is very small compared to the biodiversity in Florida or other places in the USA. I miss the wildlife and the forests but its a tradeoff and we can always travel to visit wild place. The people are very kind, as many as I have met. I love how religious the country is. There are churches, chapels, and cathedrals everywhere. My wife's family are wonderful. There is an incredible amount of history in Malta and there are so many historical places to discover. Overall I really love it in Malta but I would have gone wherever my wife was to be with her. I am a writer and an artist, You can find my books at the following link if your interested. It would be sensible for Danika from Bulgaria to realise that her very presence there is part of the problem of overcrowding which she is lamenting about. Our culture, traditions, nature, everything is fucked really. We do not see a future for our children here. I love that people are happy here but please don’t glamorize moving to Malta 🙏🏽
@Ravinninja doesgaming Highly agreed, however, we have greedy people and even greedier politicians. I do my best to raise awareness, but my voice alone is not strong enough :(
It was so nice listen to that mny accents, thanks for the video ;) (I am writing from the Basque Country hoping to study a MA next course in Malta)
❤️❤️❤️ hope to see you here

Please sir can I have direct employment visa from nigeria to malta.
After attempting to buy a historic home to restore, I found the government, particularly the historic commission, to be extremely anti-American and the locals to be generally xenophobic. I love Malta and this was very sad for me and my family.
Great job bro l been know you keep doing that
Can u make a video for GBS Malta.. and the student life for Indians there

I had a work opportunity here but I feel like with the cost of living it will be not a good opportunity, Im from western europe and the rent is the same as my country, and the salary was lower. But I really like Malta.
I live in Finland and the cost of apartments to rent in Malta are the same if not more sometimes than in Finland.
@@hms9891 Yes but in Finland, I think you don't live with 1000euros.
@@Shiliitexx 1 thousand euros in what time frame ?
@@hms9891 one month
