Loved the calm convo as y'all came into KDEN of the couple of dude's talking railroad ops. I am a train enthusiast myself as well as an avid aviator, so i caught onto their convo. (Yes, me was eavesdropping) lmao good video and good 737-900 Super Skylite!
Yup. I always love to meet people who have something interesting to share. It makes the time go faster. It doesn't bother me that much, as long as the person isn't obnoxious.
Definitely haha. I do my best to show signs of "I'm not interested in talking" by wearing beats that completely cover my ears when I'm flying. However, that doesn't prevent the middle and aisle seat from talking to each other, like happened here haha. Thanks for watching!

Yes, unfortunately, sometimes you get those passengers. But, I can't control other people, just like I can't control screaming children. Sometimes it's what you get. Thanks for watching my friend!
Man is your mic really good or was that guy talking annoyingly loud before takeoff? I tell you the 900s have really grown on me over the years. United is still planning to bring back the seatback screens right?
@@sla31 and in this video, when the captain/first officer said “flow into Denver”, what does it mean? Does it mean that the approach pattern was being changed?
@@davidbian2466 no, flow into an airport is different than the traffic flow at the airport. If you are delayed for flow into an airport it means there are currently too many planes requesting to fly to said airport, and ATC is limiting/spacing out aircraft. Large airports like ORD, DEN, ATL, DFW, etc. all have some sort of ATC flow program where air traffic controllers are starting to line up aircraft hundreds of miles out. And a lot of the time, this issue will affect short flights more than long flights. Longer flights have more time to adjust speed to get them "in line" where a short flight like this from Kansas City to Denver is only in the air for like 40 minutes total. So, if you're delayed for flow, or "ATC delay" it's because they are having to make a hole for you in the flow into the airport. Airports can only handle so many aircraft at once, and you don't want tons of aircraft entering holding patterns because there are too many planes trying to land.
It seems as if some people do not even know how not to talk. Perhaps dome people even talk nonstop while sleeping, from the time they go to sleep til they wake up.
You say that as if you think this takeoff is sped up? Which it's not. None of my video have any fast forwarding. So, I'm not sure what your comment means haha.
Like the wing walker doing an air drum solo during the push back
Nice to see Nimbostratus clouds from above as apposed to being stuck under them wishing the sun to shine. Great footage as always.
Glad you enjoyed it my friend!
That passenger is right….there IS a lot of mechanisms in the wings! I often think that myself…..all those working parts.

I usually do. Thanks for watching my friend!
Question..at 2:07 is that looking at row 26 across or back at row 27. Thanks. Awesome video as always
That’s looking back one row at 27. There was someone sitting in 26 on the other side already. Thanks for watching my friend !
@@sla31 okay cool! I selected that row for 737-900 trip coming up!
Man that guy sure likes to talk!

Yes, this video does include an encounter with a serial talker

Both haha. And yes, as far as I know, Untied plans to bring back IFE to their fleet.
Just curious, are safety demonstrations always done before pushback?
No, they are not always done before pushback. They are required to be done before takeoff. So, it is normal to hear them at any point before then.

Please correct my being incorrect but did he turn left to final and land from the south? Why would a west bound arrival approach from the west?
Hi
Hello.
I so dislike people talking continually. Shut up and enjoy the takeoff and landing man!!!
I agree with you 100%. I find people talking during takeoff and landing , very annoying..
It seems as if some people do not even know how not to talk. Perhaps dome people even talk nonstop while sleeping, from the time they go to sleep til they wake up.
ANDIAMO A MILANO
Man who the hell talks there like a damned waterfall during taxi ? 🥶
Well, at least the person in this video haha.
@@sla31 🤣
When you fast forward the takeoff, it ruins the video.
