What I like about these behind the scenes videos is how apparent it is that no matter where you go, who you are supposed to meet, what you want to eat, where you need to shoot... the plans never work out. Either you are delayed getting there, the person you're meeting is late, the the food/drink place you have pegged is closed, or the shooting location is unavailable. And I love it!

I'm from New England, home of a traditional boiled dinner of corned beef, potatoes, turnips and cabbage (the seafood here is great though) ... Everyone,, the food in the SW US is phenomenal. I lived in So Cal and traveled around the region. It's a wonderful food craft culture of a range of Tex-Mex, Americana and fusion, fresh and available. Little well run (Gordan Ramsey level serious) food trucks and shops that will blow your mind. Friendly people, cheap and delicious eats. I've been mulling moving to Austin.
OMG I lived in Texas for a few years and when in Texas you must fire a gun at least once. It was “the” best, a friend mine and his wife in the neighbourhood both ex-marine, took me, I had an hours lessons on safety from him first and we took 9 of his collection to the range. I shot everything from a cowboy movie gun (their name) to a .45. It was amazing 😁. Don’t want to do it again but wow what an experience.
I was a little bummed out by the Theo interview because he was so nervous about it being a different space than the usual bro podcast. He's so sweet & so funny, but he should've done his homework on the show and he would've been at total ease.
Think these two are just a bit weird, like a bit nerdy and ask strange questions. They don’t really match Theo’s energy. Plus it’s not Theo’s job to do homework, it’s the responsibility of the interviewers to get the best out of their guests, these guys were really intense, it’s an uncomfortable watch.
@@joek7277 I love Constantine & Francis, but you make a fair point. I think they assumed that he'd seen them before. I wouldn't say they were intense, but the British thing intimidated him a bit, unnecessarily of course because they have nothing but love for him. Maybe there'll be a second go round in the future. I bet it would go great.
Are you in America again? If you ever fly into DC again, you have to buy Berger Cookies. I wouldn’t steer you into a bad baked goods purchase. It’s been 7 years since I had one and I crave them still. They’re only available regionally. They can’t be missed.
