I see in the video that you didn't use any washers for the 20mm bolts but when i tried with this size the bolts screwd into the base. Is this something that happened to you also?

Does the GT DD Pro fit as well? Think I'm going to get this if it does. The mounting bracket that comes with the GT Omega Prime Lite means I have to have the crossbeam low down so I'm always hitting my knees on it. Getting this would mean I can raise the bar but keep the wheel at the same height.
@@hanfo420 It works fine! I have the Clubsport DD now, and it's mounted to the desk using the Moza clamp. My desk isn't very sturdy, thought I would have to upgrade it, but with the wheel at 70% power (which suits me) it's fine. Going over curbs wobbles the desk a bit but that's it.

You should probably mention that the clamp knobs hit your knees when mounted in a rig. Pitty i can't get a refund and will have to buy the fanatec one anyway

@@ivan-j4l9x Well, there's your solution. I also have the Fanatec clamp, being that one is plastic, it has some flex, so not great. The Moza option is better if you can manage it.
Idk I’ve had bad issues with Moza QC with their R9 and have had way better reliability with Fanatec. That being said, in terms of pricing Moza is way more competitive, especially with their wheel offerings.

The clamp that works for the Cammus C5 should also work with the CSL-DD and GTDD Pro. The difference is, you'll have to use a triangular bolt pattern.
The screws that come with the MOZA clamp ARE NOT WORKING WITH THE CSL DD. You need longer screws.
Did you have to make the holes bigger in the clamp as M6 bolts don't fit into original ones
Just using slightly longer M6 bolts.

20mm, M6 is what you'll need.👍
My rig is the GT Omega Prime Lite that uses M8 T nuts and bolts so having to drill my slots bigger on the mounting plates
@@Dan_Mitch92 You can get T-nuts that are the same size for the profile channel but are M6 threaded. That's what I use.

As I said in the video, I bought the mount without the clamps. So it's not something I would be able to know.

That is exactly what Moza is intending. Beat Fanatec at their own game. Once they surpass Fanatec, then the bloat will happen.
