Good progress. I think you might be able to cut back on your number of plug welds. From what I figured, they go about every inch or so. Of course, for complex, curved parts you may want more, but I think you can cut back a bit. For short distances (like the verticals on the inner sill), I put one at each end, and then eye-balled the rest even spaced between the two, with about an inch or so between. For longer distances, I just did and inch and then made it look good towards the end. Subjective, but my two cents (for what that's worth!)
Looking great. I'm starting to thing the phrase 'no idea what I'm doing' needs to be replaced with "I know what I want it to be when I'm done, I just lack the experience to get there efficiently" -- :) Lots of stuff we don't know, but hey, we learn and gain that coveted TH-cam mechanic badge
