Epic. Simply epic. That's a great job, Steve. You should be very happy. Screw the jig. One good thing about having British Motor Heritage panels is that they are very close, and you can use them as their own template, or jig. Big milestone. Get in the A/C and have a beer (or beverage of choice) and revel in you accomplishment. As for color, I'm a purist, so I'd paint it what it was originally. But, my TR4 is changing my mind...so paint it what you think is cool. There's a lot of nice colors out there...don't limit yourself to the 1960's enamel! Congrats, Steve. Long time in coming, but I'm sure you'll say all of the planning was worth it.
Thanks Chris! Your advice and guidance through this process has been amazing and incredibly appreciated. It was you after all who told me to do it on the frame! And for that, I can’t thank you enough. You saved me a nightmare I suspect. Thanks again for everything.
You're doing very well for a 'novice' .... stay away from the dream stealers .... your learned friend who said that you'd never get it done without a jig ..... exposed his limited knowledge of these cars ..... the chassis ..... is your jig ..... looking forward to the next video 🇬🇧😊🇺🇸
You're doing great fella, ignore the naysayers Steve there is one on every channel, like Stephen said the Chassis is your Jig, Just make sure everything lines up before paint and you won't go wrong Cheers..

Thanks! I’m happy with the overall progress. Even if it isn’t perfect it is way better than it was when I started. And that’s what matters most.
You're getting there. Naysayers help with the motivation.
Thank you! One bit at a time...
