do you use chalk. specifically for me i bought some liquid chalk off amazon. my fingers dont get sweaty at all and my grip feels solid. I think if you havent tried it yet id look into it
Is there a way I can incorporate cleans and heavy squats/deadlifts with just dumbbells? I don't have a barbell or a gym near me other than my neighborhood one that has a broken smith machine.
I’m 5’11” barefoot and about 160. My highest power clean is 205lbs but could probably do 225-235 when unloaded. Also my vert isn’t really that high, I’m only at 41.5”

Do you stretch a lot to not have pain in like your ankles or knees like what do you do to not have pain
Static stretching is not helpful for knee pain. Isometrics and slow strength are.

Highschool basketball yes, but I’m playing in a low commitment rec league with friends
Why stop hooping?
basketball season is really intense on the body, and you wont be able to push your self as hard in the weight room.
Because I don’t really enjoy it and I want to put as much time and energy as I can into jumping higher
