This is the clause number.14 mentioned in the instructions on the COA portal while registering as an architect.
"Mention the year of registration in the form after the undertaking correctly. The registration is granted initially for two calendar years. Hence, an applicant applying for registration in the year 2016 should mention the year as "2016 & 2017" in the form."

Change the browser! Use mozilla firefox or internet explorer.
Is it okay if i dont give birth certificate and caste certificate 'cause i lost it.and i was gotten admission in 2012 on caste reservation. And if i dont give it would it impact on my licence?? Waiting for respone.
Hey! First of all you don't need caste certificate of your documentation, so it is okay if you don't even have one. But coming to your birth certificate, it is mandatory! You apply for it again in nagar nigam and get it as it is one of the important document. Also if not all this I would suggest you to once call in COA and tell them about it. The 10th grade marksheet also works as a substitute to your birth certificate.

2023 my money has been deducted but website is not showing payment recieved, how to resolve this, how to download payment receipt
The website does not give us an option of downloading the receipt sometimes, you need to take a screenshot of it! Anyway you might have received an email and if not, you can simply send them payment details from your end with the documents if you are registering for the first time!
9:02 I did use Internet Explorer but its the same situation, after logging in the COA website I get the same message "Welcome to Control Panel" and its blank nothing moves ahead... I also did not receive any mail
The problem lies there when you do not receive the mail.
These are some technical issues when are into these government official websites.
Another way is to use another email address.
If that also does not work, use mobile data instead of wifi or visa versa!!
Let me know if any of this works.
@@TanyaSinghai used a different email also that didn't work, even used my college email id and even that didn't work I normally use mobile data but now I'll try with WiFi

Hi I got my degree in 2019 but I haven't done COA registration, I guess I tried once but didn't fill up anything due to circumstances. Now, it has been 3-4y and am trying to do the process again but am not getting the enrollment number, is it because am late for the registration? I don't remember if I got the enrollment number before. Can you help me?
You get the enrollment number from your college and it is nothing to do with how late you do the process. It's okay have patience and try remembering the enrollment number and fill the form again.

The login details come in your email. Check that once! Or, use a different email address.

You can send the documents within a year of form filling.

Try not using chrome.
Generally chrome does not respond to gov. Portals.

I just registered myself and am now able to see my registration number online. But neither have I received anything on mail not any other medium. Also I wanted to know, would we get any hard copy (orginal) of the registration certificate/license. If so, then how?
In the form you've filled earlier, you might have mentioned your address, there you will receive your hardcopy of your license within a month or so. And you might have received an email with your registration number (on your registration email address)

No, you will need to submit all the documents together in order to fulfill the requirement.

@@SL-ei7qj as such it won't bother but you never know, COA might ask for a consolidated one. As per my suggestion you should submit all the documents self attested. (Courier the documents on the given address in the website for quicker response and registration number)
i recived my id and password on wrong mail id. How can I change my email address for COA registration?
Information once registered in coa cannot be manually changed, however if you wish to do so, only coa has the authority to do so. Kindly contact coa for further assistance.
I made one time payment of 6000 but i didn't get any payment receipt and also the status wasnt update. Help.
Sometimes you don't get the recipe but if the payment is done by the bank from your side then it is considered as submitted!! And the status will be updates soon as the website has a lot of glitches (as any other government official website)
Why am I not able to submit the form??....it says save as draft nd if I proceed with that the page is getting refreshed and all my details are not logged, it is like a fresh page. I am not getting submit option at all even though I filled all the details...can u please answer my concern?

@@in.homedining My issue was resolved, I called the COA office and they told me it usually happens because of technical issues and if they incorporate something new on the website but they resolve it from their end as soon as possible for everyone it is never an individual who faces this problem.

Hi i had graduated on 2021 and recently registered on the coa website. Ill bbe sending the self attested copies of all the documents issues comes here my birth certificate is a simple piece of paper typed in b/w with sarpanch sign and panchayat stamp is it ok and one more thingh do i had to send original degree certificate or the xerox of self attested one?
The birth certificate that you have will work. And you don't need to send any original documents. Every document including degree will be the xerox of original and will be self attested.

I'm facing this issue. When trying to register first time as an architect. - Requested enrolment number already registered with COA against the email-'my email' please assist me on this
The solution to all these problems is the same. Try using another web browser. In my opinion, just try on firefox because all these gov. Websites don't generally work properly on chrome and pop ups with different such issues. Even If not after changing the web browser, dm me on instagram @tanya_singhai I'll will help you out.

I was facing the same problem. Go to your email inbox and search whether COA has sent you the login details earlier at the time when you got your enrollment no. and if yes then login with the details and it will take you to the green page which comes after registering as an applicant.
I want to do renewal but I want to pay the one time payment amount. When I am trying to pay it is saying to upload my degree. I had uploaded my provisional at the time I of registration so I tried to find where I can upload my degree but I am not getting it. Can you please help me?
This is the website glitch, you will need to contact COA regarding the same so that they can help you from there side!

NATA is an entrance test for architecture, it has nothing to do with registration.

You wi have to fill the form online but yes, you can submit your documents personally by going to the COA office.

No, they just need your marksheets, birth certificate and degree.

There is no registration for diploma holders as they cannot practice on their own. They can only practice under any licenced architect or under any architectural firm.
Diploma in architect with b tech in civil.. Hmare liye kuch opt h kya kahi registration krne ka?
You already have a b.tech degree, you can practice with that. But no, with diploma in architecture, you do not have to register any where

It takes about 1 - 3 months of time for the verification. Once it's done, you get your registration number through your email.
