In IT, software will always be in demand and testing will be there for sure in manual or automation method on the other hand Salesforce is a CRM tool to develop and modify app. There are many competitors to it like Microsoft, Zoho, nimble etc. Which tool will be popular uptil when there is no guarantee but in your profile you will be always required by software companies. Missed it intentionally. The roadmap for Business Analyst starts again from Salesforce Admin and then learning Agile methodology and project management skills. You learn more while working as a business analyst instead of preparing for it beforehand as it is completely a client facing position which teaches you a lot while you interact with clients & manage projects.

More than 50k/month rest depend upon your skills set
In the US, it's exactly on par with SDEs and levels in terms of copensation- Same number for base and RSUs that tech companies pay

if you become a SF developer, how difficult is it to transition to developer role outside of SF ecosystem?
Not that difficult as you work on Javascript, Apex (Java like) and different design patterns which are helpful in any other developer profile as well.

Salesforce consultant & BA are 2 different profiles where they both share some roles and differ in some roles.
Solution Architect is also a path and a very good one but ypu don't get a job in this without having prior experience into any of these profiles

A fresher in India can get anywhere between 3 to 7 lpa depending on the organization which they get an offer from and it's location.
