Please note that a new state of Telangana was carved out of Andhra Pradesh against the will of 5 crore people of coastal & Rayalaseema areas of A.P for about 60 years. But, then union govt.led by Sonia Gandhi went ahead to bifurcate the state for their political gains. Capital Hyderabad, which was developed by people of all the regions of the state was given away to Telangana. In fact all the development was done only in Hyderabad. Hence 60% of state's income is from Hyderabad. The division of the assets were done very unscientifically. Now A.P is the only state in India without a capital. It needs atleast 1 lack crores initially to build a new capital. Govt. of India, while having devide states, alter boundaries, must also have the power to help a state which was divided against 5 grote people, to give whatever help the new state needs.
